It's all a "rights" thing with Axl. Axl was always a jerk and back in the day he threw his band-mates under the bus. What I heard; back in the heyday of GNR, Axl gave the rest of the guys an ultimatum, either sign over your proprietary rights to the GNR name etc, or I quite the band. The band made the choice to sign it over to Axl knowing that his voice was what kept them in business. Lessor of the two evils I suppose. Now the GNR name is the only thing Axl has that can potentially bring him revenue. So, it doesn't supprise me that he is releasing an album under the GNR banner.

What I get from it is that the slots 1-3 are simply an indicator of divisional rank. i.e. central is the leading div. while East is ranked 2nd, and West 3rd. So, column "1" under "divisional winners" is the top ranked division. In this case Central. If you go to the American league and group by division it shows up a little different, being that the West is ranked the highest in the American League. Hope this helps.

Every couple years I build myself a new computer from scratch. There is one principle I generally live by..... patience. Whenever there is a big shift, be it AGP to PCI-E, XP to Vista, or new CPU socket engineering, I always wait about a year. I find that a year is about the right amount of time to allow the companies/manufacturers to work out the bugs in the hardware/software. Like someone mentioned above, it's usually not hardware compatibility that causes the issues, it's the outdated drivers.

I think the password box is for "saving" your game if you continue to play on another computer while your going through the levels. I started playing before they added this feature so if I ever played on a different computer I would have to start from the beginning.

Have taken to the air multiple times. There is nothing like it! However, I am an adrenaline junkie so it is no big deal for me. This next year I am planning on working toward my "A" license. Oh, and statistically, you are about 2x as likely to die from Scuba diving than skydiving. Dead is dead right? How many of you would hesitate to throw on the ol' air tank on your next vacation??

Pulling the ball. When I first started playing I hit nothing but right field. As I got my swing down better all my homers started going to center. I would say, without a doubt, that 99% of my homers are center field now. I have never hit a ball far left field. A little left of center but never far left. Someone mentioned %'s above. Right now on my home computer I am 36% (3060) homers, and 36% (3059) strikes. I would say that 90% of the time I either strike or hit a homer. I rarely hit field shots anymore.

Well tonight we moved into 2nd place for now. 1st place has a lot of points on us. We just got to keep Toronto off our butts.

I play as "007". My best is about 60,000.

No I'm not soliciting for mousebreaker. How else was I suppose to ask for help if I didn't give the site. On a different topic. Looks like a Boston fan hacked the game. If you look at the team scores Boston has messed it all up. Has like 24 trillion points or some crazy number. I emailed Mousebreaker, maybe they will do something about it, maybe not. Regardless, I still play.

Team Standings. You can view team standings only after you play a round (10 pitches) or finish one of the tasks. Make sure you click on "SUBMIT" so your points are counted and then it will show you a listing of the points. On the left side of the listing you have three choices that show team points, individual hitters for the day, and past week team winners.

HITTING HOMERS: Use the end of the bat, it is the sweet spot. Also, try and hit the bottom of the ball. I picture hitting the bottom of the ball with the upper right corner of the bat. With a little adjusting you will find your groove. I also have another preference; I start with the "ghost bat" in the upper left area of the strike zone. As the pitch is thrown I track the ball as it comes toward the plate. I have seen others play well not using this method but it works real well for me.

The weekly points will reset tonight (Sunday) at midnight. Looks like Boston is going to take it for the third week in a row. If we can get some people rounded up we might give them a run for their money this coming week.

Hey fellow Brewers Fans! I hope this is ok to post in the off-topic area. A couple guys and I, and others on the internet, play a game online at work (I play at home too) called Pinch Hitter 2. The game is totally free and all that stuff, no downloads etc. Anyway, WE NEED HELP!! You score points by hitting balls and trying to score home runs. The contest between other teams is weekly. With a few of us we can usually make it in the top 6-7 by the end of the week. However, we just don't have enough manpower to get the Milwaukee team fighting for 1st place week by week. Check it out.
