    and cant be a 40 guy so..Scarpetta, Mc Clendon Peralta and Rivas and Gindl are safe. Kintzler is DL'd so hes ok too. I keep thinking Gennett and a 1b/Morris type..

    Love having K Rod but the more I think about losing Green, the more it bothers me big time. Any chance between now and when the non 40 man player (Green) is selected that we can add a player with higher upside someone line Gennett to the list and remove Green. I would guess Green has more immediate value to us than NYM. It just seems like it would have made sense to add Green to the 40 the day before making a trade for KRod so he couldnt be added or selected from that short list.

    Well lets put a spin on the topic, where do we think next years budget will be, new TV deal...possible revenue spike for going deep in playoffs??? 80m, 85m ? 95m??

    Anyone else a bit worried that out '12 payroll will be around 80m and almost 10% of it will be spent buying out Yuni B (3mish) and K Rod (3.5ish)????

    didnt every AL team pass on him thru waivers, thats surprising...one quick question how waivers work lets say he got put on waivers on the third day of the season and the Yankees were 0-3 would they have first dibs? or do waivers go off 2010 season ending standings??? Thanks

    Seems like we wont be having a huge off season FA signing and our biggest move will hopefully signing Weeks to a long term deal or a Prince trade. Any idea where we expect the payroll to be. 90 , 92, 95???

    Hey anyone have their Facebook account hacked. All my friends were IM'd or EM'd and told I was mugged in London! Seriously, problem is now my account is suspended/disabled and a dozen or so EM's to FB help have not gotten answered! Anyone have a solution!!!

    so assuming 73 w/o Bush and 4.5 for Riske, and 8.5 for Hall your right in that 85 to 90ish range.

    right im kinda assuming Riske is covered by INS and they non tender Bush on Saturday. So are you thinking the salary to by in the 90's with Wolf and a 3-4 million dollar reliever. Plus Vargas to who will probably be 2 over 2 years???

    So if we add Wolf which looks like its gonna happen. That puts us in the 85-89 range and were still talking a middle releaver for 4-5 which puts up at 90-94. Seems way to high what am I missing.
