They ID is nothing more then to show that you are allowed in the back room of the Post Office building and that you are not trespassing on public property (when bringing mail to the house) "Its not a key" I moved back in with my parents on a sunday in rapids... I had to drive back and work a thursday, friday, saturday. Inbetween that time is when I either lost it, or it was stolen from my gym bag that was riped off (cant rememeber for sure if it was in there or not) I didnt tell anyone that I didnt have it with me figured it would show up somewhere... well It didnt and when she asked for it on my last day I said I think I packed it with my stuff. She said if I didnt send it she wouldnt give me my check. All my stuff is now unpacked and its no where to be found. thanx for the advice... I called the head post man a few times... but I can never get a hold of him. -

I worked for the post office for 6 months in fond du lac. Almost after every shift I would go to the YMCA to work out. A week before I quite the postoffice to move to WI Rapids My gym bag was stolen which had my post office ID in it. Now they wont send me my paycheck until I give them my ID. I called and told them it was stolen and they said its not there problem. No ID no Check.... what do I do... call civil rights? Do I have a case?

Went to school for 2 years at UWSP then got a job at the post office (part time) I don't see a full time job opening up for a while and would like to get a teaching degree online. What is the best way to go about this? I have been checking out this University of Phoenix online. Does anyone have any experience with online schooling and does anyone have any advice? I really wouldn't mind being a mail man, but my passion is teaching. Id like to teach middle school on up.

As a coach how do you handle discipline? I am glad I didn?t take over the team this year because of a HUGH discipline problem.. Every time a player strikes out looking, they have to glare at the ump.. then when the coach yells at the player to get in the dugout the player glares at the coach.. These 4-5 players attitudes SUCK.. and I hate to use that word. I have never in my life since being brought up have watched a team with this poor of attitude. It?s not just striking out of course. (This was just an example) There is much much more. These kids are good ball players.. There potential is very high, but with there attitudes they embarrass the game of baseball. You can only kick so many players off a team. I do half blame this on the coach this year because his commitment is suspect. He took a 2 week vacation while the team traveled to another state for a weekend tourney. If I was a coach I would HOPE to never be in this position (because I wont put up with this crap) but what is the correct discipline, do you forfeit games to set the players straight? Do you bench your star pitcher because he?s pouting over the last 4 (should have been strikes) ?? Is part of the reason of bad attitudes due to poor commitment of coaches? ( 2 assistant coaches quit, because they didn?t want to deal with a hostel team).. Its like a game of chess and there is not right move because with in the next few moves you will be in checkmate. Where do you start and what do you do?

This has to be the dumbest question of all time but here it goes... I bought a bug zapper light more then a year ago for when I went camping.. I want to hook it up agian but Its going to rain off and on the next few days.. I was dumb and didnt keep the directions.. Can I leave it pluged in while out in the rain? I mean can I go to bed and not worry about if its going to rain or not while I am sleeping?

1st game no one noticed... 2nd game everyone was yelling.. but none of the umps saw it. This is just 1 of almost a dozen lil so called tricks I have learned from watching baseball.. I mean is it any different then football where the ref doesnt see a hold?

Man on 2nd and 3rd. 0-1 out. (2 umps on field) Player bunts the ball... (Squeeze) Player from 3rd scores easy, pitcher/fielder fields ball throws to first base. (While all the action is going on by first base and home plate, the runner from 2nd gets forgotten about) The runner from 2nd cuts the corner (big time) and never touches 3rd base because no umps are watching. He also Scores pretty easy, although there is usually a throw on the play. Are you sending the wrong message by teaching 15-18 year olds stunts like this? Or would you consider this smart base running? I have seen this work twice for this team I have one caught on video.

An opportunity has jumped out at me to be an assistant coach for my local legion baseball team this next year and a very good chance to be head coach the year after. Although I am confident in myself I feel you can never know too much in baseball. I am looking for some coaching books/sites to read up on so I am fully ready to take on this responsibility. I would also like to see some books/sites that deal with out of line parents of ball players. It's impossible to make every parent happy with giving there son playing time. I just want to be able to handle these up coming situations with class and the knowledge that I did the right thing. Any one that has any tips for me that has ?been there done that? please share them with me.

no.... I wish BBs was/were the cure.... but they will never take a hint.. and I KNOW this because I worked on a farm for almost 3 years with racoon problems.... You can shoot them, you can do a lot of things, but if they find a home no matter what you do they keep comming back.... Only way they will go away is if you kill them... Sad but true. My buddie that still owns this farm still has racoon problems and must have killed almost a dozen of them in the last year and a half.
