    Yes, absolutely. He was a 4 WAR player at SS in 2013. Players have off-years. Past performance is not a fool-proof way of predicting future results, however yes absolutely I could see Segura being a 3+ WAR player at 2B. I really wanted the Brewers to keep Segura and convert him to 2B. I'm thrilled about Diaz though, and am very happy he is a Brewer. Its more likely that 2013 is the anomaly and not the norm.

    It sounds like he profiles more as a 2B, and thus is probably the best 2B prospect in the system now. This is what Heyman I think tweeted. 2nd base/SS

    Villar or Rivera will play SS according to THs quote from Stearns. Diaz plays 2nd and SS. Hill and Anderson if successful are flip candidates. On top of that Arizona basically paid us to take Hill. He doesn't work out it makes no difference. We aren't paying his salary.

    I think people are missing the Brandon Moss point made above. I'm all for flipping a piece like him for another lotto ticket in six months. This is exactly the type of player we need to have on our mlb roster.

    Since I made that take I'll make a post. Love the signing and hope he is hot hits HR's and we flip him for more kids. Great move by a intuitive GM. Really liking what I've seen so far.

    As a OTR truck driver it's impossible to post every day, but I do read everyday. You literally have become the Skip Bayless of BF. Honestly every single prospect centric move they make you go against. Then when they sign a vet you go against that. It's really annoying.

    He has to do it against MLB pitching but there is no doubt at this point he is a top 10 prospect in baseball.

    No, he was on the MLB roster when he was injured so he collects MLB service time while on the DL. Wheeler was the 11th ranked prospect by BA overall to start 2013. Now, you can knock him down to say 25 or 30 based on the injury and already accumulated service time and Flores was a top 60ish prospect at one point. Like I said before, I would've preferred a pitching prospect like Molina to Flores but it's not like Flores lacks talent. Everyone was saying we needed a top 20ish and top 50ish prospect for Gomez and that's basically what we got. Could not have said that better. Wheeler without the TJ surgery would not have gotten Gomez straight up.

    Re watching the game. Taylor left quite a bit up in the zone. The curve wasn't a Strike pitch. His debut was a hell of a lot better than othems. But still needs work. Imo
