I've been thinking this all game. The production came when Hariston and Yuni swung early in the count. Braun had a hit deep in the count, but his first two at-bats he took the first two balls right down the chute.

They should really get Hariston up to the 5th spot. Weeks looks like Bill Hall.

Ugh Dotel threw about ten 82mph meatballs down the middle that inning.

Dotel's pitches are so terrible that they're good. Three right down the pipe.

Ron's not looking like an idiot after that inning. Dominant after the lead-off double. I'll take Wolf in there keeping scoreless innings (avoiding big innings) in trade for another run. I think the Brewers can score more, and I think Wolf can go another. He looks good.

Love the strike-zone with Wolf pitching. He had a small strike-zone last game and gave up a lot of walks and left balls over the plate that he needed to throw for strikes.

I'm okay with Albert getting a single with two outs and nobody on.

Anyone else's feed cut out to just show the ball in mid-air from the throw? That was weird.

How is Furcal still alive this at-bat? He's gotten a centimeter on 3 balls there.

Still have the lead. Pressure is on the Cardinals now. Pressure hasn't been on the Cardinals bats since game 1, and they didn't respond well.

I agree. I don't think their bullpen pulls that two nights in a row. They pitched outstanding yesterday, but I can't see them pulling that again.

Perfect at-bat by Kotsay. Get a guy on third with one out and your two best players coming up. Great playing.

Was just going to say the Brewers are killing themselves not swinging at these gimmies early in the count. Hariston watched a lip licker go by the first pitch... And now Yuni swings at the first pitch right down the middle... good job.
