  1. I've noticed the same. Gantner's goes for a lot too. I've found Sutton, Caldwell, Oglivie, and Thomas to be the cheapest. Sutton by far the cheapest though. Molitor is up there...but I noticed the thing with Moore as well. I can't go to anymore games this year so I'm hoping the next 3 aren't so bad.
  2. Anyone selling? I've traded most of my extras. I have an 06 pinstripe Cooper and 3 extra white Kuenns...so yeah, probably have to buy one, but just name a price.
  3. I'm looking for all four of these minis. I have a 2006 pinstripe Cecil Cooper and a Huntsville Fielder...I would rather just buy them though. Let me know if you have any of the three.
  4. I doubt he re-entered the stadium. Probably just snuck in between the scanners and the bobblehead people. It gets so crowded it would be hard for them to tell.
  5. I think you would be fine. I get mine ahead, but I doubt 5,000 people will get them in advance. You can order them off the Snappers website now too.
  6. Do you want all six of the bobbleheads?
  7. If anyone is interested I have a coupon code I get as a "valued" Legends customer...I used it on an OML signed by Yo, came out to $61 including shipping.
  8. eBay is fine for signed stuff, you just have to be smart about it. With autos I won't buy from anyone with feedback under 99.5%, and make sure it always comes with a legit COA. Not a COA from some dude's company, but you can almost always find signed stuff of eBay that comes with PSA/XMI/DNA authentication. Legends of the Field sells a lot of stuff on eBay which is MUCH cheaper than the stuff in their store. I don't think there's any question they're selling legit stuff.
  9. Hi I'm just looking for some advice on this thing. I haven't gone to any this year but I want to go on the 17th for Craig Counsell. Should I get there by a certain time? How exactly do they run it? Will they sign anything or restrict certain things? Can you get something signed by more than one player - think I could get Hall and Counsell? All advice is appreciated, the more detail the better. Thanks.
  10. Never tried any Brewers, but I sent something to Roy Williams of the Cowboys and I got it back signed. I sent it in like July, and I didn\'t get it back until like March...but I did get it back.
  11. Haha, no pain, no gain...and I think the game is at 2:00.
  12. I have a mini ball signed by Glenn Robinson as well as a Skybox 1998 in-pack signed Ervin Johnson card. Not printed on the card, it's real. The ball I got Glenn to sign in person...no COA or anything fancy but I saw him sign it; it is real. It's not one of the squishy balls, it's a mini basketball, orange, with the same lines as the official ball. I'm not asking for a lot in return ...simple stuff. One of the regular bobbles I don't have like an 02 Sheets or Sexson, 05 white Sheets, any of the minis, etc...nothing too big. I would also take something you have signed by the any of the Brewers.
  13. I'll be there between 5 and 6, probably closer to 6.
  14. Or do first 10,000 aged 16 and under like in 2001. Like Comic Book Guy has any kids anyway.
  15. Man just get your bobblehead and be done with it. There are people out there that will ruin everything in life, you just gotta ignore it and let it slide...just keep it yourself, get your bobblehead and enjoy the game...don't worry if you don't get the retro one, just get it somewhere else...when it comes down to it you are collecting a worthless piece of ceramic, just enjoy yourself. The justice is that any dude who buys 50 tickets to get 50 bobbleheads or sits outside paying $2 for bobbleheads of random people, has to be one of the biggest losers on the face of the planet.
  16. I'm always there with 3 or 4 people, just have each guy walk in a different line and you get a retro or blue one almost every time. I did it again today and it worked again. Most people I go with don't care so they give me the bobblehead anyway. There are also some other door tricks you can try.
  17. That's probably true...but I think $250 is low...if you bought the set in pieces it would probably cost you around $600 if you got both whites and blues...but I think a full blue set would still sell for at least $300
  18. I have the whole set in blue and pinstripe so far...if you were to get the entire blue set it would probably sell for $400-$500. There is a trick to it...you can position yourself to get a powder blue or retro one if you know what you're doing.
  19. Sorry my message box isn't working. Would you take an 06 white Turnbow or an 06 (full size) Cecil Cooper pinstripe for the blue Ben Oglivie? I do have an extra Prince and an extra Rollie, but I made deals with other people. I have not heard back from them though, so if they don't get back to me soon I could swing those too.
  20. If anyone snagged an extra one last night let me know, I have an extra Ted Simmons blue that I would like to trade for it.
  21. I will for sure have four extra Capuanos.
  22. Blue Lee, Blue Overbay, 02 Aaron, 02 Sexson, 02 Sheets, 05 Sheets (white), 03 Hammonds, 03 Both Molitors, Blue Podsednik, Blue Fingers, Both Damian Millers, Most of the minis from past years, I'd consider any minor league ones too.
  23. I have two jerseys I'd like to trade for bobbles. One is a Chad Johnson on-field authentic by Reebok. This is the authentic jersey, not the common replica; the same one he wears...it's this version of the Bengals uni: http://www.nflshop.com/product/index.jsp?productId=1772559&cp=2237411.2237584.2415629.2415631&parentPage=family You can see the price there as well, but that's not anywhere near what I'm expecting in return. I got it as a gift with tags, but I did take the tags off when I got it. I have never worn it though, other than to try it on for a minute. The other jersey I got is an Ahman Green replica version (Packers). It doesn't have tags either but it is great condition. Doesn't show any signs of wear. It's the white road jersey, really nice. Not sure how much interest this will garner but I'll give it a shot. Both are XL 48. The authentic ones factor in shoulder pads and what not, so you really don't need to fit into a 48 to wear it...they're pretty baggy. It would probably fit anyone under 400 pounds.
  24. Hey I need this one...I can buy it, don't have much to trade unless you're interested in any of these: white Turnbow, white 06 cooper, powder blue Ted Simmons, Fielder Huntsville.
