looks like Belling may end up being right. He said this may be the worst Brewer team ever. I though he was crazy at the time.
  2. ThePurpleStorm
Yeah.. After I saw the replay and I saw that JR. didn't even try running, I started laughing at the fact that he would even say a word to the ump. God, RUN THAT OUT!
  3. ThePurpleStorm
....and Carlos Lee has totally forgotten how to hit.

How long before something is done about this play that disgraces minor leagues teams around the country? Honestly. Do you think management will do anything if we keep this up?

    Brewers.......http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/laugh.gif . This is just pathetic.http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/indifferent.gif

In years past, when we sucked so terrible, nothing was really ever done. Is it going to be the same way this year? When the Brewers play more and more like the team they truly are, is management going to sit back and do nothing? I agree with that thread about putting the team on notice. Some action needs to be taken. We put up with that crap during the past 12 years. I hope now that we have a new owner, something will actually be done.

I'm almost to that point. You'd have to think that if are "great" prospects were so great, they'd be doing alot better than hitting .200. This is just terrible. If these guys don't pan out like we've been told they will for years, this franchise is totally screwed.

I agree. Losing 2 out of 3 at home to the Pirates would have hurt the fan enthusiasm. This was a very big game.
  9. ThePurpleStorm
Any reason Capuano only went 5 innings?
  10. ThePurpleStorm
    We lost 5-4.
  11. ThePurpleStorm
WOW! I thought he was suppose to be good this year. Truly Pathetic. He looks so clueless up there
  12. ThePurpleStorm
What the heck? I know this is still very early but why does Cappellan keep getting smacked around?
  13. ThePurpleStorm
Where exactly is the El Cabbalo picture? Man, that is some priceless stuff. lol. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/laugh.gif
  14. ThePurpleStorm
Hey, who drew this pic? http://hall.gresham.k12.or.us/esl/images/2caballo5.jpg And what exactly is that purple thing?
  15. ThePurpleStorm
I saw that White Sox game. I felt bad for Wickman. He was getting smashed.
  16. ThePurpleStorm
Yeah, I see that Pods is starting off slow. How long before the Sox fans are booing him and calling for the return of El Caballo? Chicago is going to regret that bigtime.
  17. ThePurpleStorm
OHH Baby! Lee goes yard. Hopefully we will see many more of those this year. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/happy.gif
  18. ThePurpleStorm
Somehow he has limited the Sox to one run. He hasn't really looked good at all.
  19. ThePurpleStorm
I see on Mlb.com that it's now 6-5 Crew. Anyone know who gave up the four runs to the Sox in the 8th? And how did the Brewers score 3 in the 7th?
  20. ThePurpleStorm
    Radio?
  21. ThePurpleStorm
What's the deal with people not wanting back-to-back lefties in the rotation? What's wrong with that? It's not like having back-to-back hitters who are lefty so what's the beef with people not wanting it?
  22. ThePurpleStorm
Is anyone else getting nervous about the fact that we haven't been able to score many runs lately, especially since the regulars have started to play more? This is starting to look like last year. Start out good, scoring alot of runs, then when we start playing our regulars, we can't score runs and start losing.
  23. ThePurpleStorm
ahh! I've lost control of all of my bodily functions!
  24. ThePurpleStorm
Add Weeks into that and you got.... Weeks, Lyle, Lee, Jenks, and Prince. If that doesn't make you frowth at the mouth, nothing will.
  25. ThePurpleStorm
Alright! Lee back on his hr tear! Forget out spring record and all, as long as our everyday guys are playing well, we're in good shape.
