  1. I have an extra Jimmy Nelson to trade, maybe a few older bobbles to trade, or some cold hard cash. Wasn't able to make the game and would like to add this one to my collection.
  2. Recently added (former) Brewer Logan Schafer via the Nationals, Zach Davies, and Taylor Jungmann.
  3. So far I've received Jimmy Nelson, Ariel Pena, Domingo Santana, and Scooter Gennett back from Spring Training. All on 8x10 or 11x14 photos.
  4. I wish I had a spare $100
  5. Guess I forgot to post this on here, but I got Cecil Cooper back not too long ago via his home in Texas. Signed a photo from 1982 for me. Personalized, but I still like it.
  6. I agree on the stamp thing. I don't send out many cards- usually only photos (8x10s and 11x14s). I've gotten Luc a few times on photos including during ST this year. The auto lines up pretty good to my paid and certified examples. Not sure if a PR person is doing the stamps?
  7. I've been seeing on SC.net where a lot of the most recent Lucroy's could be a stamp. On a better note- got Michael Blazek back on an 8x10. Very cool sig in Gold. The Auto really pops!
  8. Jimmy Nelson on a Futures Game 8x10 and Cecil Cooper (personalized) back on an 8x10 in the past month.
  9. Wore my steel toe boots to a game two weeks ago. It was a bit chilly out and didn't want to wear my tennis shoes. My boots set it off and I got wanded/patted down.
  10. Hey BF.net crew, I had a buyer for this game and he flaked on me last minute. I can't go to the game. My grandmother has been very ill and I'm trying to not skip what might be her last mother's day. Face value is $28 I have four seats, one row behind the visitor's bullpen, would sell for under face, with a discount if the buyer would snag me a bobble. Moose
  11. I don't know if I can equate bro-hugs or chemistry into a certain number of wins. (I don't think they've figured that out in sabermetrics yet) But, in my experience as a coach (high school level) I've seen all different types of coaches - from the "laid back players coach" to the "fire and brimstone- serious as a heart attack" coach. Best playing teams I've seen, teams that played and won as a team had a coach that fostered a sense of chemistry - made the game fun (something Counsell talked about in his presser) and got the best out of players, even if they didn't have the best talent. I know, I'm not an expert or a professional- just my $.02
  12. Bikeage - nice to see a Scooter came back....my photo hasn't. Haha. still 2/9 w/ brewers ST (technically 3/11) since I got Dave Roberts on an 8x10 of "the steal" via Padres St
  13. Thanks! I'll try and post pictures one of these days. This has not been the best of Brewers ST for TTM. I'm 2/9 so far.
  14. I've always used the 3600 N. 51st Address. Just sent mine out this past weekend. I've always had good success with that address.
  15. Got Lyle Overbay and Mike Fiers back at the end of the season on 8x10s. C/O the team.
  16. But...without Wang in the bullpen they can't have "Wei Chung Wang Wednesday" or #WWCW! If you don't follow Marcus Hanel on Twitter...do. He's worth a few laughs. The Video on instagram is classic! http://brewers.mlblogs.com/2014/04/23/now-trending-wcww-wei-chung-wang-wednesday/ http://instagram.com/p/nJnDOTnKcx/
  17. Hey Everyone. Found out I can't make Wednesday's game. Would like the tickets to get used. Have 2 seats in Sec. 102 row 8, just behind the visitor's bullpen. Asking $10 a piece (which is 1/2 of what I paid for them).
  18. Scooter Gennett back yesterday on an 11x14. The piece is destined to become a multi-signed piece. I want to add Lucroy, AmRam, K. Davis, Segura, etc. At least I knocked one out TTM.
  19. He is a 70% signer on Sportscollectors.net. Now, obviously, with any TTM signature I have no idea if it is the real deal or not. But, it does match certified examples from sports shops. I post a picture later when I get home from work.
  20. I use a manilla folder cut to size to back my 8x10 photos. I use 3 stamps there then 2 stamps and a .$21 stamp on the SASE. Sometimes I get a postage due on my SASE, but not very often. I use a toploader with the front cut out and attached to cardboard for 11x14 photos or two pieces of cardboard with a window cut out of the top piece if I don't think the 11x14 will come back (I've gotten John Axford, Jonathan Lucroy, Ryan Braun, Wily Peralta, Barry Alavarez, John Kuhn, Donald Driver, and Randall Cobb using this method) I'm waiting on my Segura and Scooter from this year. I use six stamps each way on an 11x14.
  21. DeerSveum- congrats on the Robin! Not an easy graph, he usually sends a pre-print.
  22. Jeff Bianchi, Brandon Kintzler, and Jonathan Lucroy back on 8x10s from Spring Training
  23. Got Wily Peralta back today on an 11x14. Photo got a little beat up in the mail (even though I had it back w/ two pieces of cardboard). Signed in blue with his new number 38
