Got Wily Peralta back today on an 11x14. Photo got a little beat up in the mail (even though I had it back w/ two pieces of cardboard). Signed in blue with his new number 38

For me its a little more of a financial investment- but not much. I get my photos printed by Adorama. I wait for their sales and it costs me 1.00 per 8x10 and 2.00 11x14. Its like...2-3 bucks postage. I use sportscollector.net so I only send to guys who have a pretty good chance of returning. I have a 75% return rate so far- probably cheaper than driving to Waukesha or Milwaukee and paying for a signing and I feel weird stalking guys outside of the stadium. Its fun- you get some really interesting and different returns- I've gotten many of the 1960s era Packers and 10 of the 1957 Braves TTM

Bikeage- I have 8x10s going to: Lucroy, Khris Davis, Kintzler, Juan Francisco, Sean Halton, and Bianchi. 11x14s going to Segura and Wily Peralta and a 11x14 of Lucroy's walkoff celebration at homeplate that I sent to Scooter Gennett to start as a multi-signed project. I got Molitor on an 8x10 through Twins ST last year. It took two tries but I got him. I got Yount to sign an 90 Topps AS through his home address.

I just got my Adorama order for football season- sending out i think 12-14 requests to Packers and former Badgers- also trying to start a 2006 Badger Hockey TTM Project. The Brewers struggles and the whole Braun thing (I was stoked when I got him TTM this spring) have kinda killed my baseball drive.

Congrats Bikeage and BSC- you guys are killin' it TTM. I haven't even really sent or received any lately...just Wade Boggs on two 8x10s and former Packer Donny Anderson on a multi-signed 8x10. I'm sort of taking a baseball TTM break.

I have really enjoyed reading through everybody's posts. Yes- it is indeed difficult to be a Brewer fan at this time. I have been lambasted by friends who cheer for other teams and had a number of nasty things tweeted at me by people I don't know (my old twitter handle was BrewerMoose). I have been trying (the entire time) to take everything with a grain of salt. There is so much bias from everybody- the sportswriters and ESPN have a bias to make news and potentially over-exaggerate details or release unconfirmed information. MLB will have a bias to show that they are taking their stand on PED use or to nail the guy who "beat their test" to the wall. the MLBPA will have a bias to both support their player and the rest of the players. The other players themselves will have a bias to crucify Braun. Braun has a huge bias to either 1. hide his guilt or 2. confirm in innocence or 3. talking/associating with the wrong people/lying about it. I don't have access to all of the primary sources- only things leaked or released or said or covered up, I heard from somebody who heard. A lot of this comes down to sorting through all the information or somebody finally releasing what REALLY went down. Will Jeff Passan or Jon Heyman call A-Rod a cockroach and will yahoo sports create memes about Arod, Nelson Cruz, etc? Doubt it. In the end it will go down in baseball history- it will be like the 1919 White Sox (with Buck Weaver stating his innocence til his dying day), or Pete Rose stating that while he bet on baseball he always bet on his team. Too bad that this has to be connected to the team I cheer for. Feel free to tear me a new one if you would like.

If you have time use adorama (adoramapix.com). Great quality- different papers/finishes (glossy, metallic, lustre, etc.). Shipping take a week or so to get to you but the quality is great.

Sportscollectors is the best 15 bucks I spend all year- saves me tons in TTM failures

I agree with bikeage- you can check with the post office or also check the websites of the country you want to send to's postal department. I think you can order Canadian postage and print it off or have it sent to your home.

Way to be Lazy Yuni, High School Baseball there!

I went to High School with Front Row Andy. He's an actor and comedian who did it as a stunt last year and got a lot of attention. He has some pictures up on his facebook with Front Row Amy. He's a very talented actor.

The Brewers depth chart has Lalli listed as the primary backup at 1st and the third reserve at catcher. No mention of K. Davis.

During the whole ordeal I was sitting there saying "Yo, Marco, Ax, stay out of there!" My wife came into the room looking at me like I was crazy. Would not have been good if one of those guys broke a hand throwing a punch! In the game after Maldy made a great relay throw playing 1B for Puerto Rico. He could be a legit backup playing there.

I really don't hunt for autos any other time- I don't do any IP graphing at Miller Park and I haven't been able to get to Fan Fest the last 3 years due to work. I've been able to score some pretty sweet autos this way.

I sent him and Lucroy like 2 weeks ago. I was able to get a free 11x14 from adorama and took a chance with Braun. According to Sportscollectors.net he typically returns 2-3 each spring training. This is my first success in in four years of trying.
