Final: DSL Blue Jays 6, DSL Brewers 0 DSL Brewers Box Score Another rather uninspiring performance from the DSL kids as they got shutout for the second straight game, this time against the Blue Jays. They managed just four hits. Juan Ortiz singled in the second. Gregory Munoz had a pair of hits with a single in the third and again in the sixth. Juan De Los Santos singled in the ninth. That was it for the Brewers offense. Joan De La Cruz was the starting pitcher. He went six innings, allowing two runs. Axel Cordero relieved him and pitched a clean seventh before getting hit around in the eighth. Boanerges Nova mopped up the eighth. The DSL site lists an R. Benoit as pitching the ninth inning. I'm not familiar with him (a recent signing perhaps?), but he pitched a 1-2-3 ninth for the Brewers.
