    Still you have to take into consideration that Rickie (22) is younger than most rookies.

    To expect Rickie to come in here and hit .300/.380/500 or something, isn't fair. He's a 22yr old rookie who is seeing these pitchers for the first time. I'd say I'm very happy with his performance thus far.
