    Im curious as to why the Charlie Moore pinstripe goes for more then any of the other 80's pinstripes from this year. Its kind cool. Probably the only bobble Moore will ever have.

    You had the best defensive player not only this year but to come out for a while, and you passed. I was very dissapointed they didn't take Brewer as well. But maybe Yi will get signed and learn to like playing in Milwaukee and be good. If he is as good as they say and could be the next Dirk I think it would help me forget about Corey Brewer. Edit: On a side note I like the moves Boston made, they actually could be a good team in the East this coming season.

    I wanted to go see them at Summerfest on Monday, but I have my summer college class to go to. When I first signed up for the class I thought hmm this is good I can get these 3 credits out of the way this summer in a month and a half this should be great. Now I realize it sucks. I miss parts of Brewer games on Monday and Wednesday nights because of it and now I will miss Social D. Blah.

    If anyone has a 2001 SGA Geoff Jenkins bobblehead they would be willing to trade let me know. All I really have available for trade is a 2005 Rollie Fingers pinstripe and a 2006 Ben Sheets Admirals bobblehead, its the medium sized one wear he's wearing an Ads jersey and holding a hockey stick. If anyone would be willing to part with a Jenkins for either of these let me know. Thanks. Edit: I would also trade for the Pepsi Jenkins from 2001. I believe but not positive that the SGA one is a piggly wiggly sponsor? Either one I would like, doesn't matter to me.

    I remember Yost sitting him down for a couple games last year after he got thrown out of a game for showing up an umpire after a called strike three call. I remember him flipping his bat over the plate and turning around to argue right away, and while Ned went out to argue after Billy got thrown out, he said something after that game about showing up the ump not being acceptable, even though Ned himself disagreed with the call. I remember that as well. I still think he was benched once for hustle as well though. Im one of the biggest Hall fans here and I in know way consider Hall to be a show boater, he just got caught up in the moment yesterday of thinking he hit ANOHTER walk-off HR.

    What evidence has there been about Sosa? I dont have concrete evidence. But how about that corked bat? That at least shows he was a cheater. Edit: And how about that fact that he speaks perfect english except the day he goes to capital hill to talk about steroids, then he has an interpeter

    How do you know Griffey and Thomas aren't on something? Well we don't, but there seems to be much more evidence toward guys like Bonds, Sosa and McGwire then guys like Thomas and Griffey.

    I think one of the greatest evils of the steroid era is when guys like Thomas and Griffey hit milestones like this it is diminished somewhat by idiots like Bonds and Sosa. That's a shame. Couldn't have said it better myself.

    He has always been very tall and huge. I don't think Thomas was a juicer. I know I cant prove that but I dont see it. Also he has been one of the most outspoken about how bad roids are.

    Well not really new, but I just finally bought the Silversun Pickups CD "Carnavas", its rather good. A lot of great songs on the CD other then "Lazy Eye".

    If Conley or Brewer are there they need to take one of them. Heck even Horford is a good pick. Anybody but Noah and trading the pick.

    I would say Hart has the stats, but I dont see him making it. I think Lee is a lock as is Holiday with Bonds being close to a lock.

    The steroids thing coming up in every article is getting pretty sickening. Right now, it's Benoit::steroids like it was Columbine::music. The media is trying to boil it down and oversimplify it, like everything has a cut and dried cause and effect. Sometimes it just doesn't. I agree with you brett. I mean it could have something to do with roids, but the media is making it out to be the only cause and only reason. Which is probably ony half right.

    Seattle is actually on a tear and is like 1.5 games out of the Wild Card. By July 31 that could of course change, but they won't be selling soon. That was my thinking of why they might try to get Griffey.

    o it would also definitely cost Sheets and Capuano to get Griffey That I would not be okay with. Then I say no Griffey. I keep hearing he may be headed for Seattle.
