  1. I was very confused with the ending when it happend. I think it could have been Tony getting shot just as Meadow walked in the diner. But I also think that nothing happend and they kept showing thos fishy characters to make you think someone was going to whack Tony. I did feel that when Meadow couldnt park the car she was going to walk in just as Tony was getting shot. And it would be like if she had just parked the damn thing there would have been one more shot of the whole family together like any other family in america eating dinner. I dunno its such a weird ending, it just stopped. I thought my cable went out for a second.
  2. If Dave Bush pitches well and it's not televised, does it really happen? Haha. That's funny. I wonder?
  3. I'm glad this game isn't on TV. I'm going to watch Sopranos tonight, and try to forget the Brewers even exist. Im with you dougjones43. I will be watching The Sopranos and I will not tune into the radio or sports center or baseball tonight. I will check the internet tomorrow morning to see what happend and then if it was good I will watch the squeeze play at noon since Im off tomorrow. Come on guys like hawing said hit that restart button and start over. It always worked when I was sucking at Nintendo, why cant it work for the Brewers?
  4. Weeks Hardy Braun Fielder Hart Jenkins Hall Miller/Estrada As much as I like Hart leading off, when Weeks comes back I think that is the absolute best lineup we can trot out there. I like that one a lot. Could be a winner that Yost could actually stick with.
  5. Well that....wow that really happend. Sorry Benny you deserved better. Well Im off to bed cause I work at 6am. Goodnight all. Hopefully this team will figure things out, and quick.
  6. I'm sort of thankful that there is no TV tomorrow. I can use the time off until Tuesday. I think your right, Im not mailing anything in or anything like that and I was going to listen to the game after the Sopranos series finale. But I to think Im gonna stay away from the radio tomorrow night and just see what happend Monday morning and get ready to watch them in Detroit on Tuesday. This was a real tough loss to swallow.
  7. Did we really think Cordero would be perfect all season in Save Opportunities? No. But they had a 3-0 lead and he got 2 outs and he had every guy after that 0-2 counts. I can't believe that just happend.
  8. Im at a loss for words. Edit: Did that really just happen?
  9. Sheets should have won this game. CoCo must be cursed in Texas. All after two outs and two strikes.
  10. Man as much as I like Hart batting 1st, if Weeks can come back and get right in that spot Hart would be a great cadidate for the 5 hole as a huge improvment over Johnny "one pitch", "pop out" and "GIDP" Estrada.
  11. If you project Braun's 50AB's out to 500, you get... 100R 160H 40HR 100RBI .947OPS Thank you sir may I have another. Yeah I really like Braun, fastly becoming my 2nd favorite Brewer behind Hall. Man we might get enough runs this inning where it wont even be a save situation for Cordero.
  12. Alright Jenks with the RBI and a two run lead for CoCo.
  13. I always think Turnbow has a better chance for a good outing when he starts his inning. He should never be brough in again with men on.
  14. If Turnbow gets in any trouble would you bring in Cordero in the 8th to get a 5 or even 6 out save? I would consider it.
  15. Nice grab by Byrd. Wow. Counsell got good wood on that ball.
  16. to taking a pitch or a walk, which is rare on this team. That is one thing very true about Gross that I do like. But Gwynn also takes pitches and can walk. Regardless neither should start the best OFers we have are Hall, Hart and Jenkins.
  17. Yeah I have never been huge on Gross either Bucksman. Im more of a Gwynn guy. But not Gwynn over Hart. Just Gwynn over Gross. Hart is clearly a starting OF, but neither Gross or Gwynn are. But Id take Gwynn getting PT over Gross anytime.
  18. I hate to ever rag on Prince because dude has been great all year, but what is making him step out of his good approach and swing at such bad pitches? Very unlike him.
  19. That thing sure looked gone off the bat. But thankfully it wasn't. Come on guys more runs for Mr. Sheets.
  20. Alright Benny, its only 1 run but its a lead. Keep throwing that heat with the nasty deuce.
  21. Holy bizarro world. Graffy with a double and scores the first run on Counsell's double. Amazing.
