This is a great offer bhf, if I hadn't already bought tickets I would have taken these.
  2. BrewCrewForever
I was off a year, 2005 was his almost no hitter against the Nats.
  3. BrewCrewForever
I wanna say the no hit game Obie almost had was in 2004.
  4. BrewCrewForever
The Weeks will be a all-fan giveaway at the September 30th game. So you can still get one.

Obermueller actually showed flashes of brilliance at times Yes there were a few starts that he looked rather good in. But more often then not he would get shelled.
  6. BrewCrewForever
If early posts are of any indication, if Obermueller shuts down the lineup today I think the IGT and the Vent Thread will implode. I think you are correct. Things have been bad enough this month, we dont need to end it by getting owned by a guy who used to get beat bad for us a few years ago.

The fact that where I live in West Bend, I can't find the SI with the Fielder and Hardy articles anywhere. Ive tried Wal-Mart, Shopko, Gas Stations and our bookstore Fireside Books. It sucks.
  8. BrewCrewForever
Obie coming in and dominating us would be as bad as when Helms got that big hit in the Philly series.

Here is the lineup I would like to see today: 1. Rickie Weeks- 2B 2. JJ Hardy- SS 3. Ryan Braun- 3B 4. Prince Fielder- 1B 5. Geoff Jenkins- LF 6. Bill Hall- CF 7. Corey Hart- RF 8. Johnny Estrada- C 9. Claudio Vargas- P Im sure it wont happen since Yost is in love with Estrda batting 5th.

Not really a summer movie cause its been out for awhile, but I saw Distrubia this past Monday. It was really good. Had me paying attention the whole movie. I heard it was just okay, but I left the theater saying its one of the better movies I had seen this year.

I thought I would let everyone know that J.J. Hardy and Prince Fielder will be signing for FREE on June 6th Stupid summer college class! I also will not be able to attend.
  12. BrewCrewForever
Obermueller will either throw a 2 hit complete game or get rocked for 6-7 runs early. I sure hope its the later and the former. If Obie comes in and dominates us I might puke.

I to was at the game thanks to Pedro. Very dissapointing. It was nice however to see Bush pitch very good, Hart start again and get a hit, Billy getting 2 hits and Fielder going deep again. Hardy and Braun both had 0-fers though which hurt and the team only tookl 1 walk all day.

Me and a buddy of mine stayed AFTER the game by the players lot to see if anyone signed. And the only game that came over was Shouse. Now I had nothing even with me to get signed, I was unprepaired but we just wanted to see who came out. I take it before the game they sign much more often?
  15. BrewCrewForever
That was a tough play that Hall didnt catch. He got a glove on it just didnt quite get it.

Although its official title is "trading post" it could very well be called "collectable post". Anything baseball collectable related is okay here as far as I know. Im glad he posted the pics.
  17. BrewCrewForever
Wow some things are actually going our way this game. Its nice.
  18. BrewCrewForever
Well as long as we dont give anymore runs up and the O shows up we still are in it.
  19. BrewCrewForever
That just about sums up this month.
  20. BrewCrewForever
Hopefully Braun got all his pressing out yesterday to impress the hometown crowd and can get back to hitting like he has all season in AAA and in San Diego.
  21. BrewCrewForever
Wasn't John Smoltz considered basically washed up a couple years ago at one point, being demoted to bullpen mop up status? No. He was converted to a closer for a few years. And he was very good at it. Ended up getting 154 saves before they returned him to the starting rotation. Only pitcher in the history of the game to have 200 wins and 150+ saves. Hes a future HOF.

Just hope this is not a trend that we have to wait for a Shhets start to stop a losing streak No kidding. Hopefully Sheets stops the losing streak today and starts a winning streak, that would be very welcome.

I love this site and enjoy coming to in numerous times each day to discuss my #1 love and that is Brewers baseball. I will respect the authority of Brain and follow the rules set. Thanks Brian once again for creating this site for all of us to gather at.

I have all the faith in the world tonight in Ben Sheets. If anyone can be the stopper of this losing streak its him. I just hope the offense can put up at least 3 or 4 runs for him.

Oh I totally remember reading that article when it happend. That was funny, how many #1 draft picks were ever bat boys. Probably one, Ryan Braun.
