  1. Man besides Billy's HR I am not sure who looks worse, Milwaukee or the Packers? This team just cant get anything done on the road.
  2. Oh yeah and I agree with what someone else said, Mench always looks like hes in slow motion, and he has hit like crap with the Brewers. Thank God we got Cordero in that Lee trade cause Mench sure was not the center point.
  3. Win 3 in a row, lose 3 in a row. It's like clock work with this team. I think we are officially out of the wild card now.
  4. Man Prince looked enraged there beating up that wall.
  5. Miller has concussion like symptoms. From what by chance?
  6. Gameday said Miller left game due to an injured head?
  7. Unreal! Ohka with 4 RBI's? Has hell froze over? Have all the hits been batting lefty?
  8. Maybe he was right when he said the team is better with him in the lineup. Maybe so, lets see if they rattle off 6,7, or 8 in a row with him in there then I will decide.
  9. U gotta be kidding me Ohka with a few RBI's to top it all off! Why am I not home and why is this game not on TV?
  10. Nice my boy Billy Hall already with a HR and a two bagger today. If he continues to take more walks and cut down on the K's he is going to be flat out scary.
  11. Okay, here's for my "Blind Optimist/Blind Stupidity Statement of the Day" #1: Considering Geoff Jenkins success against Fogg; he will pop back into gear today getting at least 2 hits with one of them being a long ball. This will sky rocket his confidence and we will see a mini Jenkins hot streak forcing Ned to start him a few more games. This will lead to a slight climb up the WC standings. If that happens I would be very happy for the Brewers but even more for Jenks.
  12. Lets go boys if we can finally put that 7 or 8 game win streak together we can get this freakin wild card. Need Bush to pitch well tonight.
  13. I like the lineup today for some reason. Give Prince a needed day off get Cirillo in the lineup and it looks like a lineup of guys who can all mash LHP.
  14. Why does Cirillo get a day off after getting 3 hits against Atlanta? Im not a big fan of the Bell experiment. I know they say Cirillo is more effective only a couple days a week, but my god he has been hitting great, while Bell not so much.
  15. Man Billy crushes two so far that would be out at MP. Were getting guys on base and movin them over but not getting clutch hits yet again. Come on boys!
  16. One more thing, if we have a save situation, does Cordero go? He threw a lot of pitches yesterday.
  17. Lets go boys, get 2 out of 3 here and that means we won 4 ou of 6 and the last two series. Would be nice to say that. Ohka has to rebound from that 5 run first against the Cubs.
  18. Great to see Sheets pitch a good game, when he is healthy he is just so great, but he has to stay healthy. Cordero does it again, love having that guy on our team where would we be with Turnbow still trotting out there? Nice to see our 3,4,5 hitters do it tonight (Fielder, Mench, Hall).
  19. and in a more bizarre giveaway, Jockey was giving away underwear in a tent outside the park. That is very bizarre, but I sure would not be the one to turn down free underwear.
  20. Much better then the game I went to yesterday, Bush pitched very well three different guys for us came up with RBI hits and Cordero once again closes the door for his 4th save. Maybe this is the game we win to start some sort of long winning streak, one can only hope I guess.
  21. Maybe if Tony Gwynn could get a start he might be patient enough to take walks from Zambrano. And will Jeff Cirillo get off of Neds bench tonight for a start?
  22. I agree Gwynn and Hart need to play more. Here would be my lineup once Weeks is back: 1. Tony Gwynn-CF 2. Rickie Weeks-2B 3. Prince Fielder-1B 4. Kevin Mench-LF 5. Bill Hall-SS 6. Corey Hart-RF 7. Jeff Cirillo-3B 8. Damian Miller-C 9. Pitcher Now that lineup has some potential. Maybe Bell for Rillo once on awhile and Rivera to give Miller a day off.
