    Heard Homer mention on today's post game show that he heard from a "source" that there is a Hart/Coffey for Bumgarner rumor. I know people think there is no chance that the Giants would trade him, but you never know. Would be pretty awesome, I would not mind one bit throwing Coffey into that deal.

    It's really nice to see Braun laying off garbage pitches that he was swinging at before during the slump.

    I have always been a big Garza fan. I would love to get him back in a trade for Fielder. It seems as though the Rays have Hellickson as untouchable, but if we could get Garza and/or Davis I think the Brewers should explore that.

    Yeah I went to two of the games that series. Just can't remember which ones they were, remember A-Rod hit his 400th in one of them and Sheets pitched in one. Both were a blast. If Tampa Bay is coming to Milwaukee I will for sure go to one of those games since I am a big fan of Longoria/Garza. And if they really go to Boston for a series I am going to have to find a way to get to one of those games, I was disappointed I couldn't go in 2008. Always wanted to go to Fenway and who better to see there than my team.

    Wolf looks more and more like he has a lot in common with Franklin Stubbs, Jeffrey Hammonds and Jeff Suppan.

    That peak performance projection for Lawrie seems almost insane. I would think he has a lot more upside than that.

    I would like to see a 3 or 4 year extension for Rickie. Move Lawrie to the OF and have Gennett as insurance or trade bait at some point.

    I don't mind Schroeder. He can get on my nerves sometimes, but all in all he does a good job. I was at a bar watching the game last night so I didn't get to hear any of Jenkins time in the booth. I did hear him do an interview on 540 ESPN yesterday and afternoon with Drew Olson and Dan Needdles, that was pretty good. I guess if they ever did replace Bill, I would be okay with Jenkins or Cirillo.

    I noticed right away and mentioned to my buddy who I was watching the game with that Macha was right in the middle of the celebration and gave Braun a big hug. It was crazy, never seen Macha act like that.

    Bought one pack yesterday. Got an Aroldis Chapman chrome. Probably the only good card I have gotten in the few packs I opened.

    My hope is still to resign Weeks and move Lawrie to a corner OF spot. As far as Gennett goes, he is insurance in case something happened to Rickie or could be a trade chip in the next couple of seasons. We'll see.

    That is exactly what I was thinking. He would probably get a good amount of PT at 2B if they traded Weeks. But I really hope they keep Weeks, I would like to see him extended still. I have said that since the beginning of the season and I sticking to that.

    The Yankees are dumb to make this trade. They are the favorite without Lee and could just sign him in the offseason and keep Montero. Their ego is as big as LeBron James's.

    Keith Law who I take very seriously and who seems to be more right than wrong said Odorizzi should be a #2 at worst once he gets to the big leagues. And he is very high on Peralta, said he should be a #2 or #3. It is just going to take another year or two for these guys to get to us. But once they do, they will help out the rotation a lot.
