WHY??? The quick hooks are annoying to me. Give him one more base runner with a 3 run lead. CC is choosing to put extra outs on our pen on a nightly basis.

This line up needs a healthy Braun against lefties. We used to be so right hand heavy and just kill lefties. Now we are almost switching over the other way with Yellich, Shaw, and Thames.

It's not just Cains facial expressions, when he's just walking he's got a limp or hobble. Rewound back to when he scored and he had a noticeable limp. Now after the double it wasn't nearly as bad, but you can see it.

60 pitches through 3 doesn't let you go real deep. Hopefully loosing his command was temporary, looked like he found it again after the double play.

And vice versa with Lewis Brinson. Maybin has been in CF the last few box scores I've checked. Brinson off to a brutal start, but I'm sure he'll hit 3 HR and steal 4 bases in this series...

I've also seen enough of Sogard. Some people can't let go of 1 crazy month. Outside of that he's terrible. Villar has some upside with speed/power. Happy Nottingham gets the start, he looked good last night.

The 3-2 slider that he fouled off to stay alive was nasty. Either purely luck or he’s got really good hand/eye to get a piece of that. How many walks do Pina/Bandy have combined this year? Nottingham looked pretty good tonight and only 23.
