Was the GOT episode last night good? Just trying to ling up options for when the bullpen blows it. Any good basketball tonight? Boy, those Bucks did really good. Nuggets-Spurs are tied 2-2 in their series and play in Denver tonight ... should be a good competitive game. Thunder are in Portland tonight, too ... Thunder are down 3-1; they will be desperate. I expect a fight in that game -- punches thrown -- lots of craziness.

I have noticed that Phil Cuzzi is a strange (bad?) umpire for some time now. Tonight seems no different. He sees things that most umpires do not.

Woodruff is not a starter ... can be a good reliever, though, IMHO.

can you give an example where the young starters were hit in their 2nd or 3rd time through the order? I didn't think so With the exception of Peralta's one start in Cincinnati, it is true. Check the boxscores. Teams are sitting on those fastballs down the middle from these guys after seeing them once or twice in a game. These guys don't have enough fallback pitches to keep hitters guessing if they don't have the chance to pitch a much shorter outing and just throw flames for 30-40 pitches.
