  1. After sleeping on it I think it was a mistake by Cash to have Freddy start last night. The pressure he was under probably was too much. The game was do or die for the Rays. But on top of that he had to face his former team who developed him and had many good friends on the team he had to face. I truly felt bad for him.
  2. If we sweep the Rays tonite this team will go down in the annals as one of the best teams in league history and I'm not exaggerating.
  3. That was a huge mistake by them. All the carnage occurred after that. 🙂
  4. It will be interesting to hear what those "experts" on the post game show have to say.
  5. Did you guys see that fan dressed like Bernie Brewer? lol
  6. We were on the road so we had to listen on Sirius in the car.
  7. I'd wager the Rays want this nightmare of a game for them to end.
  8. We were on our way back to FL from GB yesterday. I wore a Brewers T and a lady saw me at a rest stop and said "Go Brewers!!"
  9. Oh dear. I didn't realize he did that. He'll be second guessed for years about that.
  10. I donno about that. His players made a lot of base running and throwing errors. He knew his players had to be almost perfect to get back in this series.
  11. Accoeding to WS history only a tiny fraction of teams in a 7 game series have come back from being down 3-0.
  12. I can understand her feeling. I do too. I recall how devastated we fans were in 82. The MLB Network showed a 2024 documentary about that team interviewing those players. The last thing Robin said is even today he has never gotten over losing that WS.
  13. I'm so amped for us but I can sympathize with the Rays and their fans. We went thru that in 82.
