    I think I can count on one hand the number of times CC instructed one of his pitchers to intentionally walk a hot hitter in this type of situation.

    I suppose I can understand why Showwalter is pissed but IMO if the rule should be if a batter gets hit it shouldn't matter if the batter swings or not.
