    We got the runs last night but the bullpen, as limited as it was, couldn't hold it. Counsell said "Bush is on the roster"? Egad.

    I think I can count on one hand the number of times CC instructed one of his pitchers to intentionally walk a hot hitter in this type of situation.

    How was the game tonite? I see we got 7 runs. Because the game is on Apple TV we went out for a fish fry with friends.

    I suppose I can understand why Showwalter is pissed but IMO if the rule should be if a batter gets hit it shouldn't matter if the batter swings or not.

    I almost didn't recognize him. My hubby is glad he cut his hair. He thought it was stupid how Burnes kept playing with it on the mound.

    But it isn't just Adames. There is enough blame to go around. Yeli seems to be doing well but but he is the exception.
