    Middleton has been terrific today, but I don't think a game in which he's blowing up and we're getting blown out is a great exhibit of his importance to the team. No, it's a larger body of work, but it does show when the Bucks can't get anything going and are disjointed, there's one guy who's staying calm while also playing with some urgency and hitting shots. Mirotic is a good player who's been AWFUL tonight. Bledsoe is a guy we need because he's so good defensively and can get to the hole, but his confidence is shot.

    Middleton has had several bad games this postseason. He is not a max deal player. So, like I said, stand on principle and offer him 26 million instead of 30 million because you deem him "not a max player," and then see how upset Giannis gets. Jesus...he was upset when Kidd and Maker left. Pretty sure he's going to be upset when the only other AS we have leaves because we don't want to pay him the max for some arbitrary reason.

    It's easy to say crazy things when everything's going right. Middleton is the 2nd most important player on this team. He's the only guy who can score when things break down and he can get his own shot. And he can play pretty solid D. He needs to be signed regardless of what he asks for. He's probably not worth the Max, but it's either give him the max or try to save 5 million and lose him. That sets us way back.

    So now we've lost 4 out of 7 after we'd lost just two games so far in the playoffs? The three point shooting isn't the problem, it's being sloppy with the ball and playing lazy defense. And when they lost 22 games? So when they lost the fewest games of any other team? The problem in this game is effort. Maybe it's fatigue, but whatever is causing it, the Raptors are playing harder and getting to more 50/50 balls when the Bucks almost always do. That's it. Not the way the Bucks play. Not the Bucks defensive philosophy.

    These refs are awful. They've missed some calls on us, but that one was just painfully obvious. Just a straight up push....

    The bigger problem is the perimeter guys leaving the shooters. Let the Giannis and Lopez protect the rim, stay on you guy.

    There's just no reason for Toronto to be playing harder. Unless the Bucks believed this series was over as well. Just as I say that, a quick 5 points. Hill and KMid keeping us alive here.

    Lot of ugly going on tonight, but when Giannis gets an angle, it's so pretty watching him get to the rim.

    Drake, by a lot. Yeah, I guess it's really not that close. Shaq is pretty bad as well. And for that matter, so is Reggie's "pink slips." WTH did you did in the post-season Reg?

    No, not too worried. This team needs to learn how to win tough games though. They're playing reckless, Giannis trying to take the ball from the top of the key and take the whole team on is not a good recipe. Bud needs to find ways to get him the ball in different spots.

    I'm trying to figure out who is more annoying to listen to/watch, Drake or Shaq.

    This. The two things don't need to be synonymous. If Giannis never develops another ounce of jump shot than he has today, he can still be who he is, still be an MVP, and the Bucks can still win a Championship. If I were Giannis, I'd worry more about being who I am and team success than trying to mirror some other great player in the game's history. Absolutely. A jumper just makes his normal game that much more dangerous as they can't just sit and wait for him. I don't know why him improving his jumper=playing like Kobe or playing ISO ball. Anyway, most great players come in without a great jumper and they improve it as they go along. I'm confident he'll do the same.

    We just need to stay in it and wear them out with our bench. Hopefully pull away in the 3rd quarter as has been a theme in these post season series. Powell killing us again. Baffling to me why he hasn't moved into the starting rotation for them.

    Especially the post-season version of him. Regular season I'd expect him to be a problem, but he's been like our Bledsoe in the post-season in past series.

    At what point has there been even the slightest indication that the Bucks "let politics" get in the way of anything?

    It's gonna take about 150 to win this one. BTW, not buying that Kawhi is hurt this badly. I don't want to sound like Skip, but I think he's a weird dude who likes having a built in excuse.

    I didn't really expect him to be benched, but I was kinda hoping. I'd have been happy to see Brogdon or Hill in there. If Bledsoe can get a couple shots to fall early, a few layup's, I feel confident in him. If he can't....well, we've seen.

    That's 3 easy early ones for Giannis. Kawhi just standing there helpless. Man, the difference between the Bucks in transition and in the half court is bigger for them than any other team.

    Giannis with the steal and taking it coast to coast right out of the gate. Giannis needs a few easy ones early...and I really wish Bled didn't start. There's Giannis with his second easy score.
