  1. It could very well be Murphy, he's the common denominator. It was Murphy who made this crappy "trifecta" where LeFleur, Gute, and Ball are essentially all equal.
  2. I have the same dilemma. I'm leaning toward Washington too. Daniel Jones should be good for two turnovers.
  3. Don't forget about Snacks Harrison. Carlos Dunlap would've been a great pickup too. Instead he went to Seattle, a team trying to win the Super Bowl.
  4. Then why haven't they done that? The jury is still out on Dillon, but Jenkins is the only second rounder 2015-2019 that has panned out, or at least looks like it.
  5. For sure, but the Packers still hit on Elgton Jenkins in the second round of last year’s draft. Of the many questionable moves / non-moves this team has made in recent years, using a second round pick to draft a starting guard is not one of them. Oh I agree, but if given the choice between Jenkins and Metcalf, I'd take the latter in the blink of an eye. Playmakers win championships, not interior lineman.
  6. Did they really try though? I suspect their definition of try is "take our low ball offer or forget it". Looks to me like Gute is Ted Thompson 2.0. Content to just be a second tier also ran year after year. It's so frustrating watching every other Super Bowl contender making moves to improve their team for the championship push while this organization is content to sit on their hands year in and year out. Just once can they go all in? Remember all the "would you rather" talk about either winning a Super Bowl and sucking for the next 10 years or being a contender every year and not winning one? Alot of people picked the latter. I suspect after today that number has significantly dwindled.
  7. AJ Dillon Elgton Jenkins Josh Jackson Josh Jones Jason Spriggs Quinten Rollins The last six Packers second round picks. Nah, give me the rental.
  8. I'm starting to miss Blake Martinez.
  9. Daniel Jones just plain sucks. Two of the worst interceptions I've seen in a long time. The Giants are outplaying the Bucs and will probably miss out on the upset because of him. Gettleman should be fired for drafting him.
  10. Daniel Jones is bad at football. Carlton Davis will never have an easier interception in his life.
  11. Kwon Alexander heading from the San Francisco 49ers to New Orleans Saints
  12. Well, Rex said he was embarrassed for the defense. I was with him all the way until the end when he blamed the ILB coach (Kirk Olivadotti) instead of Pettine and went as far as to say Pettine needs to take over coaching them.
  13. I would hate to be a fan of an NFC East team nowadays. How can someone watch this dreck every week?
  14. What is Doug Pederson waiting for? Jalen Hurts should be in the game now. Wentz is single handedly losing this game for the Eagles. This is a very winnable game and Pederson is letting it slip away.
  15. What's with DiNucci and this sidearm delivery?
  16. I wouldn't be surprised if Pederson pulls Wentz for Jalen Hurts. In fact, it would be a smart move.
  17. There's a good chance Mullens starts for the 49ers Thursday and Pettine will still play soft zone coverage and once again let their running backs gut us for 7000 yards.
  18. I'm not sure about that but it looks like we are on even ground. Our offense carries the defense and vice versa for them. That, and the Saints aren't as good as advertised, much like us.
  19. If it wasn't for the Falcons we'd all be asking how the Chargers find so many ways to lose games they should've won. EDIT: The Chargers play the Falcons in Week 14. Will the combined 4th quarter meltdown cause a rip in the fabric of space-time?
  20. I know I said I was done with 49er running backs but maybe just for one week I'll pick up Hasty.
  21. I'm surprised it's that low.
  22. DK Metcalf is looking good. Just sayin'.
  23. Today was supposed to be the New York Marathon but it was canceled due to the coronavirus. As a result, Dalvin Cook is the only person to run 26 miles today.
  24. I know what the first step is.
  25. I don't blame him. There isn't a third WR on this roster. Adams, Lazard, and a bunch of roster fillers at this point. By all rights Lazard is no better than a #3 anyway. His return alone is not going to cut it.
