  1. McVay squanders time outs more than the Packers do.
  2. When you have playmakers across the board like the Bengals do, not really.
  3. I was told the people of L.A. don't care about football because they have the Lakers
  4. That was a heck of an effort to pick up that first down. The Rams had him dead to right. Reminds me of the Mark Ingram play in the Super Bowl but less dramatic.
  5. I'll never understand why coaches challenge spot of ball placement, especially when you have to sift through a scrum. They're next to unwinnable. Just pure stupidity.
  6. Jalen Ramsey is such a fake tough guy. Jawing with the kicker? Really?
  7. I wonder what it's like to play special teams like that.
  8. Stafford's going to Stafford this game for the Rams. I knew it.
  9. The Bengals did it for Johnny Fever. RIP.
  10. But if the 49ers win the Super Bowl it will be the second year in a row the Packers lost to the eventual champions. Brewers syndrome.
  11. The past five NFL playoff games have been decided on the last play of the game.
  12. Just kick the field goal now.
  13. Man, I think it's time for you to stop making guarantees...lol Reverse psychology works every time.
  14. And the Chiefs win the coin toss because of course they do. Guaranteed touchdown to win.
  15. Well this turned out to be quite the game.
  16. Meh, you don't hire the substitute teacher.
  17. And the rout is on.
  18. Was there adequate special team personnel last season when it took 12 games to get out of negative punt return yardage?
  19. Too bad they didn't do this before now that Rodgers is most likely gone. Hard to go all the way when your receiving corps consists of Davante Adams and a bunch of palookas that would be #4 receivers just about anywhere else, but management was content to continue with the "Do something, Aaron" offense because hey, it's working.
  20. This is very true, but even as bad as the special teams were in the past, this year's was even worse. Not just bad, historically bad. So bad that it made you long for the days of Shawn Slocum and Ron Zook. The two blocked kicks weren't just a result of a defender getting a finger on the ball and affecting it's trajectory. These were full on thuds from players breaking through protection. Then you have the exclamation point of having only 10 men on the field for the game winning kick, and coming out of a timeout no less. Drayton should've been fired after the Bears game. MLF knew special teams were horrible and did nothing to fix it. Now look where they are. Watching the rest of the postseason at home along with Dallas, Minnesota and Chicago.
  21. Now that I think about it this weekend being the greatest divisional weekend of football is overrated. Two great games on Sunday, but the two games on Saturday were just two regular games that just so happened to end on walk off field goals. That's not uncommon enough to call them great.
  22. Somehow, I bet Skip & Shannon still find a way to work Cowboys and Lakers segments into the show tomorrow.
  23. If there's a greater game in NFL history, I'm not sure what it is. One of the first games I ever saw was the Epic In Miami and to this day was the best game I ever saw. It's the game that got me addicted to football. This one may top it.
  24. What's next? If I wasn't a Packers fan I'd say this was the greatest divisional round ever.
  25. This weekend is the equivalent of the 1986 MLB postseason.
