I'd put in Albers in the 7th. Based on that inning, and the lower part of the order coming up, I'd let Williams go two. I'm not against it, but when's the last time Albers has pitched?

Brewers are 5-1 against the Reds, split 3-3 against the Cards and are 1-2 vs. the Pirates. They've been fine against division teams not based out of Chicago. But we need to be more consistent. Even the Pirates have had our number lately.

That tweet is from April 11th, lol Molina had surgery to repair a testicle after a foul tip.... I'm sorry... I dont wish pain on ANYONE, EVER... but could it have happened to a better guy? I can think of several Cardinals/ex-Cardinals. LaRussa would be at the top of my list.

I believe he's actually serving his game suspension today. They said on the broadcast he will be out another month yet. Oh ok, I just saw tweets on the Cardinals account this was his suspension game. Aguilar has 887 innings at first since 2014. Of the 54 first basemen with at least 800 innings since then his DRS of 0 ranks 26th & his UZR of -0.2 ranks 30th. He is about as average as it can get by the numbers. He may have been pretty average or even below average four years ago, but it seems to me his defense has greatly improved since then.
