  1. Mahomes diagnosed with turf toe.
  2. Looks like Stafford is not interested in busting kneecaps. https://www.nfl.com/news/matthew-stafford-era-in-detroit-likely-over-as-star-qb-requests-trade Good luck to him. He deserves better than the Lions.
  3. So Suh is coming back to Detroit?
  4. It helps to be selfless when you're the only player in the NFL that has a wife that makes more money than you.
  5. A big part of that decision to trade #4 was watching game tape of that nfccg and realizing Favre was probably the biggest reason they lost. And in 2001, and in 2003 (yes, even more so than 4th and 26), and in 2004, and later on with the Vikings, 2009.
  6. I'm sure the organization did their due diligence this time around. I'm glad to have him just for depth. Tampa's got a pretty damn good set of receivers. We're going to need all the help we can get.
  7. Give me a minute so can google his name.
  8. Me too. I didn't want to see Tampa again and I fully expect to lose. Brady magic. That guy's lived a charmed life.
  9. Yes, that was the big trade that put them over the top in 1982. Pitched in some big games, including the division clincher in Baltimore on the last day of the regular season, then stayed a few more years. He always said he had the most fun of his career playing for the Brewers. RIP.
  10. If you think the NFL has the fix in, it would be for Rodgers and not Brady. Brady's legacy is already cemented, whereas Rodgers would benefit greatly from a second championship.
  11. This came up in my facebook memories today. It's from a weather report from a Florida TV station. The cold actually affects Floridians more than Californians.
  12. 1.Here's another hypothetical. If the Packers win the Super Bowl, who will be their Thursday Night opponent opening up the 2021 season? Besides the divisional rivals, their home opponents are the Rams, Seahawks, Steelers, Browns and Washington. I'm leaning toward a rematch with the Rams and Seattle a close second. 2. In a related note, we play the Saints in New Orleans next year. Brees is most likely retiring and they are in worse cap hell than we are. I think we caught a break there and the Bears getting stuck playing at Tampa.
  13. Yeah, that look he had on his face was more than just his season ending.
  14. Congrats to Drew Brees on a great career. First ballot Hall of Famer. I will miss you.
  15. Well, that'll do it for the Saints and for Brees. I am feeling a little better about our chances against the Bucs though, just not as much as I would against the Saints. Just don't turn the ball over. And keep Suh away from Rodgers. Looking at you, Jenkins.
  16. If nothing else, I'd rather see the Saints because I wouldn't put it past Suh to intentionally injure Rodgers.
  17. I hope we don't have to punt next week.
  18. Well, that doesn't bode well for our special teams.
  19. Serrano and Tanaka would be proud!
  20. 4th and 9 from your own 32 and Chad Henne at quarterback with 4 minutes left? It was the right call. It just didn't work out.
  21. That sneaky Andy Reid!
  22. Well, that's a second wasted time out.
  23. Things just got a little more interesting.
  24. And if they hold on to win this game, who knows if he'll be ready to go next week?
