Well it looks like we cross off Wolf from being traded and if Marcum is not going to pitch until after the break.we can kiss him off the trade board so it might be Melvin could not be a seller if he wanted. Very very depressing thought coming to the deadline. -
Well early night and get a day off tomorrow being the fox game. So I get to enjoy my Saturday .

So far weeks looking good in the field tonight just a complete mess this first half. Ok wolf just killed any trade talk. But good news is at least the brewers will be saving money in 2013.

paul here the part of the talk i believe on page 13 Melvin is not a clown how fast people forget their playoff apperances under his reign Yeah but with the offensive pieces he's had under his watch (Weeks, Hart, Braun, Fielder all in their primes) it seems like it easily could have been more than 2 playoff appearances. The 2011 team could have been repeated year in and year out if he had found a way to get some decent pitching for more than half a yearaul

what is really hard to look at is there no help really @ the need positions in the minors.

Ax right now is lost and RR needs to take him out of the closer role, This bullpen is utterly horrible. there is no way this team should be in buyers mode hopefully Mark and Doug and Gord have their sellers hats on.

I think most agree is that make him a final offer by The 4th of July,and if he turns it down then you have to look at all options for moving him.
