It time to sit Hoffmann thankfully he signed only through this year. I agree we can't afford to thrown away wins like this early in the season.

i not sure its garbage Bklyn but the way macha refused to leave Coffey in a role he was very good in last year to have hawkins blow 8 ing games is what stinks. Then keeps trotting out a closer who for whatever reason can do it this year that on Macha .
  3. brewmann04
why is a shame they guy continues to blow saves of games we need to win to compete this season, and if macha continues to use him he shouls be fired ASAP. He does not have it at this moment and there is no way that this Guy should be used to close games and Macha you need to realize it before your position is also pulled.

I totally agree all time save leader or not he has not looked good from his first apperance and the brewers need to do what best for the team cause they can't afford to throw away games. They have enough options to remove him from the closer role.

the brewers just got a total beatdown by the cubs looked terrible in the whole series maybe the lone bright spot Suppan has been trmoved from the rotation.
  6. brewmann04
He just can't getanything on his pitches and.needs to be put in the pen for Long Long relief . Let see what Parra can do in the Rotation.Suppan salary should not get him any more time as a starter.
  7. brewmann04
All i can say is wow,and bring on the cubs.
  8. brewmann04
Very Dissapointing DD could not get past the 5th today with a 10 run lead.

I do agree Prince should have had that ball and i guess Doug will bring that up next time they talk LOL. But it looks like Prince is pressing alot and needs to relax and just do his Job.
  10. brewmann04
Augie i agree it seems like everything Salary based and it cost Setter a spot and Hawkins with his salary took over the role as set up man even though Coffey was super in that role. I would hope Prince finally gets hot cause it seems like he is pushing to hard.

I think it was that Coffey was so solid last year in the 8th and now they signed Hawkins Macha decided to put him in the set up role. There is no way tonight should have been Hawkins Inning after throwing 39 pitches in Chicago.

what a sorry team to watch this team except for Braun and Weeks and Casey have really struggled and the Pen has been a joke especially Hawkins ,but alot of this fall on the Manager inability to make changes in the pen set up
  13. brewmann04
He continues to put Hawkins in in the 8Th while the top Guy from last year sits in the PEN
  14. brewmann04
He really needs to go because what is he thinking still refuses to use Coffey in the set up role,oh btw nice stab at the ball Prince 200 Million HA
  15. brewmann04
Kudos to Pitching Coach / Scout Rich Gale on getting the brewers to pluck Estrada so far the early results have been good. Seems Like Steffan Wilson has been struggling in the early part of the year for huntsville.
  16. brewmann04
Well i guess Suppan stellar history and Spring training results got him this well deserved spot in the rotation. Guess we have have to give at least 2 starts before we call for his head.
  17. brewmann04
I Think the fans have reason to be a bit concerned even though it early and people should not be called bandwagon fans cause they get ticked that this team has blown more than it share of games so far. The one guy who should be upset is Bush since the bullpen Implosions has cost him 2 victories.
  18. brewmann04
I may be missing something but why would macha mess with Coffey and rumove him from tthe set up spot in the 8th.I would hope macha will put Hawkins in the 7th ing spot and leave Coffey in the role he was awsome last season.
  19. brewmann04
Vargas had his good Year i guess thankfully it only a one year contract whew
  20. brewmann04
Well this is not a good start for the Crew today. Hopefully they will get everything together soon.
  21. brewmann04
Great Job by Wolf getting out of the Hart Mess and Now MR Weeks continues to impress.
  22. brewmann04
I see a nice 2 Innings by Mike Jones today as he starts his new Career as a Reliever
  23. brewmann04
See there was no reason for that early Game panic and the Crew comes back for a big win.
  24. brewmann04
it only week one maybe it that he over pumped for this start we need to wait until the end of the month to go nuts LOL
  25. brewmann04
Levine should Read the NY times article i believe in which the Brewers were prasied for Using whatever monies they get and put it back into the team.
