Reports here in NY is that the Mets are looking to add Pitching and really have no intrest in Moving Maine. I guess we see soon enough who to believe.
  2. brewmann04
I hope the brewers have a Plan B or C cause if the big boys get involved we have no shot.
  3. brewmann04
I agree hope Davis is added as the Second pitcher and not more than a 2 year deal.
  4. brewmann04
Last night on Baseball tonight Buster and Tim Mentioned Pinero and Wolf as possible targets by the brewers specfically.
  5. brewmann04
We should be able to afford both Pitchers above because that the Exact reason why Melvin Didn't offer any player arby and has cut payroll.
  6. brewmann04
I hopr JJ stay clean for Himself and for his future as a Brewer.
  7. brewmann04
Well i guess if they are going to go hard at a Fa pitcher it would be ok ,but Beyond Lackey there not too much out there to spend big money on and give them a long term deal also.I also like Weeks Potential but until he proves he can stay healthy for a full season it was foolish for Melvin not to Offer him Arby. They at the very least would have had a solid backup in case Weeks can't go and also we could have possible used Lopez as trade bait it Weeks stayed healthy.
  8. brewmann04
Stupid Move here and Now Melvin better hope Weeks stays healthy all season.Th Brewers better hit a home run with the Pitchers Melvin adds.
  9. brewmann04
This is a real Stupid move Lopez would not have accepted and their no telling what we can expect from Weeks. Well hopefully he can use that money to add to the rotaion like he stated. Please no Washburn or D avis that not ussing the money wisely,
  10. brewmann04
15 Mil that should be enough to get us Mulder and Wolf or Davis for the rotation.
  11. brewmann04
The voting for #1 i have no problem but what the hech Prince 4th and Ryan 11th wath at joke these awards have become. Who does the voting here becuase something has to change.
  12. brewmann04
Hopefully we can add some hard throwers to the Rotation this offseason.
  13. brewmann04
it seems like we are giving up alot in some of these projected trades.
  14. brewmann04
if they do trade Gomez who do you guys have playing CF next season.
  15. brewmann04
i am curious does Johnson have any injury concerns that should concern the Crew.
  16. brewmann04
Now if we can reunite Mulder with Our new pitching coach, it will be a great start to the 2010 season.
  17. brewmann04
I think everyone would rather see that than Melvin Giving 3-4 year deals to the likes of Doug Davis or J Washburn. I would rather see them deal with some 1 year deal with some pitchers and then wait till 2011 to make s splash with Fa Pitching.
  18. brewmann04
The talk here in NY is the Yanks are looking at making a run at Halladay wow what a shock.
  19. brewmann04
well let hope the Brewers get lucky and go from there.
  20. brewmann04
I really don't see the brewers throwing many Multi year contracts at this group of Pitchers, have to think they would try to sign them to 1 or 2 year deals at the most.
  21. brewmann04
I still believe one will be Mulder and the other will be a hugh risk and high reward guy.
  22. brewmann04
what about Miguel Olivio as an Option
  23. brewmann04
I hope he stays but will not over pay for him.
  24. brewmann04
I would like them not go nuts trying to force a signing with this weak crop. I rather see 2 1 year deals with 2 high risk players and maybe offer the big money to Prince.
  25. brewmann04
thanks for the heads up i make a major note of it
