Damian Miller, according to the Players Association, is not allowed union membership. He is given representation during arbitration or other matters, he also receives pension benefits, but they are not part of the actual union ? which essentially means Miller does not receive any licensing monies and he cannot vote on union matters. but its ok for him to hit walk off homers
