    JC should have dove for that no question. That said mistakes were made on offense and defense afterwards that were directed by Murphy. He started Joey Weimer tonight. He is not doing a great job.

    The biggest thing with Murphy is there is no real philosophy. Some times they run sometimes they don't. Sometimes they pitching early sometimes they don't. Sometimes they pinch hit guys sometimes they don't. The one constant is Adames in the lineup hitting 4 spots higher than he should be.

    The guy who over manages every single game didn't pull Chourio for Frelick for D. Interesting.

    My basic point is there was zero chance he would have success at this level with his mechanics. Just because he was hitting in minors someone had to say son this isn't going to work.

    You have to question how Weimer got to this point with his mechanics. I coach JV baseball and he couldn't play for me.
