  1. Only here are people saying a guy hitting 233 with 750 ops is doing great and can't stand to improve at all. He's an anchor to out top 3 offense. 😆 I realize people are fans but jeez.
  2. Mitchell needs to pick up especially with putting the ball in play more to increase his overall level of production. There is nothing you can say to make that an untrue statement. I have seen him mention that same fact. If you're good with him he can breathe a sigh of relief. Hitting 231 and 750 ops isn't anything to be excited about in my opinion but knowing that you're good with him at current production is fine. Doesn't change my opinion one bit.
  3. I just said he needs to do better in this area. The statheads are telling me he's Tony Gwynn. I didn't think it was a big deal. He's got to put it in play more.
  4. I just told you how. Put the ball in play more than 60 percent of the time.
  5. That solves it. Mitchell is basically Aaron Judge and is doing awesome. Got it. Thank God Murphy is playing him every day he's so productive. He's lost time to Perkins and Greg Jones. 😆
  6. When there is a runner on third and less than two it does. When there's a runner on second and you can't pull a ball to the right side it does. That is call a productive out. A strikeout is not that. It matters and he needs to do better than that to be productive.
  7. Striking out almost 40 percent of the time.
  8. We shall see. You and most Brewers fans are depending heavily on Vaughn being the Brewers version and not the white Sox version. If Mitchell and Frelick don't pick it up it won't matter.
  9. Really? Reds? Those teams are more complete 1-9. Unless Ortiz and Rengifo are being replaced we can't say that. Chourio takes care of left but I am not ready to say Vaughn is the answer until we see him. Hopefully he is the same guy but wrist injuries are tough.
  10. Take away 3 games and they are barely mid pack.
  11. Who's lineup would you take Brewers over in the division? Everyone fully healthy given what we have seen so far? I'm taking Everyone beside maybe Cardinals but with Walker hitting like this I might give them a slight edge. You can't have 3-4 near auto outs.
  12. Cubs freight train keeps rolling and scoring runs
  13. I get that Murphy doesn't have a ton of options but when I found out Turang couldn't play I would have told Black grab a glove and do what you can. You just can't have Hamilton and Ortiz in thesame lineup. If at all possible.
  14. Black can't find ab when he's been hot?
  15. I'm not your buddy. Look me up. You can shut it for me.
  16. Ahh a couple guys hitting 260. That's not going to be enough I don't think. Fully healthy this is the 4th best lineup in the division and it's close to 5th.
  17. This team is just blah. They just don't have the bats to compete in this year's central division. Great young pitching wasted.
  18. Henderson looks the part. Now can he hit?
  19. Ortiz is out there for defense. Let him do it.
  20. Don't try to explain it to him. Dude doesn't even watch baseball.
  21. That's a ridiculous take from someone watching Joey Ortiz every day. Then again you don't know ball.
  22. Abrahms would look so good in Brewers uniform. A shortstop with a good bat. Wow.
