    It appears that Conner Dawson never played and was coaching in junior college not long ago. How in the world do you invest millions in hitting talent and then give them to a coach who never even played college baseball? More needs to be investigated into how this happened.

    If you're Burnes you go back out knowing that if you give up a run you're going to lose. Then in arbitration Brewers blame you for not winning enough games. It's wild.

    Luck stuck. Brewers are a bad offensive baseball team and the manager isn't helping them out imo. No excuses.

    I like Counsell alot. That said I'm ok with bringing in somebody new. He's done a fantastic job but no world series in 9 years isn't exactly Lasorda or Torre. There are smart guys out there that may be a little more flexible and willing to work with the young talent they have coming.

    Fact is going into next year I'm guessing Brewers might be picked 3rd or 4th depending on what Cards do in division. If you don't want to bring in at least two big bats then they are going to fall behind.

    I think Frelick somehow shook up Wiemer. Not sure how or why but he's lost his MOJO since he showed up. Brewers needed to send him down weeks ago. Not doing him any favors.

    Watching these two games to date it's pretty clear Brewers are kind of just playing out the string. It sucks when you have no chance to win.

    See that's one of the reasons Brewers are mediocre. Guys hits someone with a pitch. Swing at the next one hit into double play. Dodgers would be taking until you show you got it.
