I said it would be easy to call up Black just to get rid of a net negative in Perkins. My preference is Lara and he would make the most sense.

You like I sit on my couch and what baseball. You like i don't know anything about anything more than our opinion. You have yours i have mine. Believe it or not they actually have the same value. I know you think yours is worth more but trust me it isn't. I am thoughtfully asking the Brewers to release Perkins and bring up someone who can get a bumt down. That's it man. The end.

What are you talking about? No other ideas? How hard is it to dfa Perkins and call up Lara? Why on earth would Lara need to sit? Bauers is in left Chourio sat out. Frelick isn't hitting. To say it's really a tough decision? No it isn't. Get rid of the guy who can't play anymore. It's been 1.5 years since he was decent. Stop this insanity.

For the record i did listen and I decided it was ridiculous. There is no justification at all to have him wake up a Brewer.
  5. Bulldogboy
Ridiculous. Who cares what they're record is? We are talking about trying to win a or at least get to a world series and you are trying to explain why Blake Perkins and his 091 batting average really isn't a problem. If the Brewers win 95 games again they shouldn't be questioned? If they win a championship I will stop being critical of them when they don't do everything they can to get it done. Until then playing with a roster 4 players short is going to be called out by me if not by anyone else. It's unacceptable to not have 26 mlb caliber players that can help you win a game like this.
  6. Bulldogboy
Was Murphy asked why he gave Chourio the night off?
  7. Bulldogboy
Exactly right. Are we trying to win games or not? Remember tonight when we end up a 3 seed and playing a best of 3 against the Cubs and everyone is like well we couldn't cut Blake Perkins.
  8. Bulldogboy
I don't wanna hear anything you have to say explaining why Perkins is here. I just want him gone and you should too. He doesn't deserve to be here playing at his current level and is hurting the ability to win games. If the ability to actually play baseball is not real consideration on who stays and who goes then yes this organization is cooked.
  9. Bulldogboy
According to Jim Fregosi Blake Perkins is the one and only person who meets the criteria of bench outfielder.
  10. Bulldogboy
Fireable offense in all honesty if he really believes this.

So according to you there are so many considerations that have to be considered before the brass tacks of this player is not a mlb caliber player? Insane. If so then no need to watch Brewers baseball. They are done. The one and only considerations that I want considered is does this player help us win a ball game. In Perkins case the answer is not one bit. You have Mitchell and Chourio and even Frelick who can cover center field. Perkins could be replaced by Tyler Black tomorrow and you wouldn't even know he was gone. To go this hard defending a guy who can't hit or bunt in mlb is really wishcasting.
  12. Bulldogboy
Weak contact you could say that about everyone. They didn't even have a hit till the 7th. I get your point but tonight is not the night.
  13. Bulldogboy
Bench tonight hitting 091 183 191 and Chourio for some reason.
  14. Bulldogboy
It really is a heat shield whenever he has a night like tonight when he blows a few moves.
  15. Bulldogboy
Why? He wasn't the problem tonight
  16. Bulldogboy
I fear Contreras is going to get worn down because once again we don't have a backup who is playable. Have Haase walk over to the clubhouse from across the hall and release Sanchez.
  17. Bulldogboy
You can spin it however you like. Murphy is the one who refers to him as like a son. I haven't heard Arnold say that. True talk it doesn't matter if he's his actual son. He doesn't belong on this team period point blank.
  18. Bulldogboy
Hitting 2nd is on the manager. Hitting 2nd against a top15 righty is crazy.
  19. Bulldogboy
The Turang fall off will be studied. This team needs two bats. If they don't get them they are just messing around
  20. Bulldogboy
    Patrick is a dog
  21. Bulldogboy
Yes. It's almost like they believe his mental health is at risk if they cut him and do not want to be held accountable. No other Brewers player has been given similar treatment.
  22. Bulldogboy
I'd rather lose 10-0 than like this.
  23. Bulldogboy
    Correct
  24. Bulldogboy
Murphy has to explain why we benched Chourio against Logan freaking Webb. It is just ridiculous. Bench him against Joe Sausage. Not against Webb.
  25. Bulldogboy
If your bench is this bad you can't ask Murphy to manage it. He doesn't have it.
