    To me it looks like Contreras is sporting a little bit bigger front foot lift compared to last year. On edit. Never mind The video looks pretty similar other than a bit of a toe tab that he didn't have last year

    While it is a stretch there was actually a couple of ex MLB guys in the league. Vern Giesheirt while he was in his early '50s still could throw. But there also guys that were lobbing up 50 mph curve balls. There was such a massive range of talent. There was a few young guys that were not that far out of college and minor league days that were still pretty damn good but there was a bunch of guys that should have been playing slow pitch.

    I don't know that his stuff will ever be mlb be ready. I faced guys with better stuff than that when I was playing senior men's in the '90s
