    I would say that's fair but the flip side is I'm not sure he's ever going to be able to get enough high-end goal scoring to win a natty. His teams will always be solid five on five squads and he is a bit of a Bo Ryan on ice type coach. I think one of the big reasons we struggle in three on theees is we just don't have enough guys that can create with the puck. All in all I am damn glad we got him.
