    Still a bit messy but at least not pointing the bat at the umpire during load and closer to normal load and launch

    The good news is the Brewers pitching will keep them in most games. The bad news is the Jekyll and Hyde hitting will only keep them IN most games

    Would be interesting to know what percentage of the Brewer runs over the last month that have somehow had a walk or error involved. If I was an opponent I would preach to my pitchers about not walking our guys because I don't think we're going to hurt them too much without free bases via walk or error.

    Really good hitting coaches would look at him for about 30 seconds and say either you make changes or you'll never reach your potential. It didn't take a baseball savant to see his mechanics and know that wasn't going to work.

    I'm not frustrated about the loss as much as I am the fact they score 1 run or less in 1/3 of their games this last week. Do that in the playoffs and it will be a short stay.

    Sure seems like lately it's either a big inning or no inning. While it's nice to be able to have big innings when it becomes playoff time it's going to become more important to be able to scratch a runner two more often

    While they're scoring more runs the fact that this is the third time in eight days that they went nine innings on one run or less is still concerning
