    Would love to know how most big league teams handle oversight of hitting from the top down. For instance does Sietzer are only work with the big league club or does he oversee the development of the guys in the minors as well. Obviously he can't be there for a day-to-day instruction but does he dictate how things are done all the way down to the rookie ball level?

    Kevin seitzer is probably the best hitting coach in baseball right now. I was looking back through the numbers all the way to when he was with the Diamondbacks and everywhere he goes hitters get better.
