    Wood's 1.5 years older than Quero, which might work against him. But yeah, it looks like Kevin Martir unlocked an offensive breakthrough in late May 2025 which can eventually give Wood an MLB shot. Marco Dinges probably has more upside than both players.

    You've seriously gotta love the DSL: Brewers Gold trailed 9-3 entering the 9th inning, but have reeled off 6 runs to tie it, with the bases still loaded and 1 out. This includes a Ricki Moneys grand slam and Josue Rodriguez game-tying double! Go Goldmembers!!

    INF/OF Leonard Rijo assigned to AAA Nashville from DSL Brewers Blue I'd imagine there's a flight to Arizona to follow shortly for Rijo (7-for-18, 1 HR, 5 BB, 2 Ks, 1 SB thru 6 DSL games in 2026, after a .618 OPS in 230 DSL PAs last year)

    RHP Lyon Richardson signed to a minor league contract and assigned to ACL Brewers Over the last 4 years in the Reds' system, the 26-year old Richardson (elected free agency on June 4 after being DFA'd on June 2) has 56.2 IP in the Majors and 175.0 IP in AAA ball.

    Here’s the lineup from the second game of Biloxi’s doubleheader, in which they were trying (but didn’t succeed) to earn a sweep at Birmingham (playing as the home team in this make-up contest). 21-year old LHP Anthony Flores (6.41 ERA in 19.2 IP) made his first start since June 2025 and 2B Dylan O’Rae (.830 OPS with 31 SBs in 232 PAs) was in the starting lineup for the first time since Friday.

    The good news: Biloxi lead 9-1 in the 3rd inning. Singles galore, as Dasan Brown has the team's only extra-base hit (a double). The troubling news: C Darrien Miller exited in this 3rd inning.

    That’s homer #19 for Andrew Fischer, a first pitch, 3-run shot in the bottom of the 6th inning to break a scoreless tie. Sweet!! Ragsdale and Dinges had singled just before him with no outs, creating a great scoring chance.

    I'm telling myself that we're giving Fischer and Adamczewski one more week in Wisconsin, while playing one of the top High-A teams: Dodgers' affiliate Great Lakes. We also seem to be short on ACL arms, though perhaps they'll shorten games to 7 innings and supplement with rehabbers (Woodruff, Priester, Corniel, Tobias). DSL pitching promotion candidates are numerous, e.g.: Justin Lugo, Carlos Canales, Ruben Saldana, Wandy Cabrera, Paul Hoff, Derlin Garcia, Lukas Gonzalez, Santiago Martinez, Gustavo Garcia, Luis Aguayo.
