It was an absolute dream. Fun 3/4 of the season. But it could be an all time collapse also. We will see how tough we are tomorrow. A massive game. But I’m not counting on it. We are getting beat by a better team. The brewers are good but they ain’t better than Chicago.

Are we seriously resorting to the deserve to win thingy. Exit velocity. Babip garbage. The cubs are kicking our ass and tomorrow is mere formality at this point. I wanted to see how we would react in the biggest series of the year. This isn’t June or July. And it’s disappointing My guess is we will be down about 2 game lead by September 1. And everybody will say they were right about the brewers. Just sucks ar some point you can’t be down 3-1 by the time it’s the third inning every game. Get a damn lead

Get back to me if we win another game this series. This was exactly what the cubs needed. They kicked our ass this series and that should be enough confidence for them to win a bunch of series against pretty poor competition. We will see what happens against a lot better competition when the collar tightens up I actually think the cubs have a good team brewers built up a decent cushion but 4.5 games is really not that much. We wait for chourio to save us. Heck Perkins and collins miss a weekend and they act like they never played baseball before And Chourio is gone how knows long this could easily be down to a couple of games before September even starts

Cubs win tomorrow and I have no problem saying they are a better team than us. This was a wake up call and I can see them blowing right past us. Absolute garbage series from us

We have got to stop getting behind. It seems like we are always coming back. At some point get a decent lead early. There is nothing wrong with that

At this point the cubs thing doesn’t matter to me. If we don’t get a bye in the first round who gives a crap if you win the division or not at this point. If we beat out the cubs and still have to play in the wild card then that would be disappointing

Cubs are definitely not going to be scared of us if we play in the playoffs. We better find a win in the next two games to hold on. A five game lead with pretty dramatic difference in schedules is not as big as people think. Really 4 with the tiebreaker
