    Megill will probably stink next time since I’m saying this now but I think these extended breaks are good for him and uribe who are all about power pitching. I’ve been adamant in saying that Megill takes back closer spot at some point.

    To be fair to frelick, Perkins, Hamilton, rengifro, Ortiz also is what they lack in actually hitting the ball safely they make up for it for not having any power whatsoever its really remarkable the loophole the brewers organization exploited by finding players like that

    The brewers crack me up. They just basically tell every team they are playing we are going to handicap ourselves with half the lineup as some of the worst hitters ever assembled. Basically like the Mendoza Line Avengers and then win the game 5-1 well at least it’s funny for the first 50 games or so. It might not be so funny in 100 games but we can worry about that later I guess

    That’s nice to know. But I bet $10 that they could get out of it if they really wanted to move.

    Be careful when you complain about salaries disparities. Even though I would like to see something done all this complaining gives validation to the people saying Milwaukee shouldn’t have a team the last thing I want is the owner getting sick of the fans and saying we can’t compete and moving to Nashville etc. the dodgers disparity with every other team in the league is outrageous so something should be done but I prefer Milwaukee to keep their team too

    We already donated to the woodruff family college fund the last two years. How much goodwill does that guy have

    I think they would with a one year rental this year. I agree not a long term guy

    It sucks that we wasted 20 million dollars on woodruff when that would have been a perfect rental fund to use to add a bat this year Instead we are going to have to have our obligatory mid season press conference with the owner on whether the brewers have money to add a guy or not.

    The brewers have a good team and can realistically improve in multiple positions. Let’s see if they try ive kind of given up in woody and Priester this year but they would look good in gassers spot

    I can’t believe we are paying pratt more than Ortiz this year and he’s going to sit in the minors all year. Just the weirdest contract I’ve ever seen

    That cubs sweep was huge. We could lose the lead this weekend but that wouldn’t be disastrous ao much better going into dodgers series up a game and a half then if we were down 3 games

    What a sweep. Total domination. Watching us get production from Hamilton tonight just shows how good this team can be if we can get someone who can give us more consistency in the bottom half of order. I’m just hoping when we finally make these call ups it can take us another level
