  1. And here in Wisconsin, the mosquitoes are already out.
  2. Was down there for spring training for the first time. Arizona is pretty great.
  3. Nice article about CC (Couns) in the NY Times today. https://twitter.com/MissMindyK/status/1645448631632240640?s=20
  4. A very slow start for Rowdy -- BA .142, OBP .259, 1 HR. I hoped he would bring momentum from the WBC.
  5. If you have a mind, take a couple of seconds and click a couple of ads to support our host.
  6. Atlanta rocked Woodford for 7 hits and 6 earned runs through 4 1/3 a week ago. Let's hope our young guys can square a few up on him today.
  7. Lauer is going to need to get things figured out before the next start. That was not good.
  8. So let's win the series tomorrow and move on.
  9. I'm not going to pile on with a comment on Voit's defense.
  10. Which play has he missed this year because of his arm strength? Has he committed any errors? He's not a spring chicken anymore, but he made a nice sliding catch against the Mets to end the game.
  11. A .250 bat is a good thing to have in the MLB, but we're not seeing it so far this year. It's a long season.
  12. Why do you say Yelich has below average defense?
  13. Ha, yes. Box made me buy that stuff by the case.
  14. I like Guerra. I think he's going to have a really good year for us.
  15. That's what I have learned tonight. After his 2019, I might have done the same thing. I mean, he was really great, and I would figure he would come back 100 percent from that particular injury.
  16. Here is my crazy theory. I don't think he crouches as low as he did before the injury, and as a result he tops a lot of his hits. What kind of nut downloads and compares before-and-after pictures, I ask you?
  17. I agree. Last year, Yelich hit .250. That's not worth his contract, but it's serviceable. We could be doing (and have done) a lot worse at his position.
