  1. I think a lot of folks loved that quite a lot.
  2. Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?
  3. I'd like to see the M's in the World Series as well.
  4. Does anyone think Greg could have taken this Brewers team this far?
  5. Let's get one or two right here and get back in this game.
  6. I love this team. Really proud of the effort and what they achieved.
  7. Who do you have warming in the pen? I mean, besides Ashby.
  8. I would take $200 million for the entire payroll.
  9. Ohtani doesn't seem to mind stepping on the white line leaving the field. Madness.
  10. Darling says Yelich doesn't seem to be using his legs to swing. Frenchy agrees. Maybe that's why he's using too much arms and swinging over the ball.
  11. I think it did take a lot out of them to win the series that sent Greenback$ Greg home to Chicago, but I agree none of that matters now. All that matters is making good pitches, and getting the bat on the ball.
  12. A void at 8 and 9. I can't remember who advocated Yelich play left field to free up the DH, but I am behind that idea. Yes, he's getting up there. But we'd be asking him to play left field for a game, not cornerback for the Packers.
  13. Yeah, but if he didn't go with his front line relievers, we might not have gotten this far.
  14. I'm not ready for our season to be over and then have to face the hard, bitter winds of winter. Let's go!!!
  15. https://www.nbcnews.com/sports/mlb/pope-leo-xiv-trolls-chicago-cubs-vatican-rcna237883 Pope Leo XIV trolls Chicago Cubs at Vatican The pope, a Chicago native, was waving to a crowd at the Vatican on Wednesday when someone shouted, “Go Cubs!” He immediately responded “Han perdido!” in Spanish, followed by “They lost!”
  16. Sometimes it takes professional sports teams two or three visits to the playoffs before they figure it out. Happens all the time. Next year will be our third time with a lot of this current group. Maybe we'll do something magical.
