  1. Did they have any current player bobbleheads for sale? If so, what was the price?
  2. I know this is probably a dumb idea, but if it looks like it will start raining hard in the 2nd or 3rd and there will likely be a delay, I'd start Hawkins. I feel pretty confident in him being able to give you 2 strong innings and then turning it over to Yo after the delay. I know the flip side of the coin is if there isn't a delay then you have to make sure you get Yo warmed up in time for the 3rd, but I'd at least watch the radar if I were Ron.
  3. This actually doesn't make me feel that bad about the team. It basically shows that if the Crew makes the playoffs, they'll have about a 50% chance of winning each series. Would it be nice to have a winning record vs the high end of the NL? Absolutely. I can't believe, however, that Atlanta or Philly can feel overly confident that they played 1 or 2 games better than us during the regular season series. It isn't like we were dominated by any of these teams. I realize that overall it is well under .500 when you add all those up, but if you look at the possible teams we would play in the first round, it isn't that bad.
  4. Sold. Thanks everyone!
  5. I have 2 tickets in section 127, row 10. Face is $65 each. I'm looking for $50 each. PM if interested.

  7. Looks like they took it off of craigslist.
  8. Yeah, you can get unlimited drinks and free parking.
  9. I was thinking about going to a concert at The Rave in Milwaukee later this year. Has anyone ever sat in the "VIP Balcony?" I was thinking about getting tickets for up there, but I'm not sure how the view is/how close you are to the artist. Anyone have advice?
  10. I thought the paint job was the best it has been in a long time on the one I got.
  11. Does anyone have any experience with the 59fifty new era hats being larger than the normal hat size you wear? I typically wear a 7 1/4, but I tried a couple of the 59fiftys today and they all seemed way to big. I'm thinking I need to get a smaller size, but I'm not sure if it would fit better if I bent the brim? Also, does anyone have any experience with "molding" the crown of the hat? I don't want the boxy look, so I was going to run it under water and "mold" it to my head. Does this actually work?
  12. Yeah, I threw it up there. It is amazing the amount of people who email instead of bidding. I have more emails after the auction ended than actual bids. I don't get it.

I may also be willing to sell some items.
  14. This isn't complete yet, but I'm close enough to throw it up here. This is a Rollie Fingers/Mike Caldwell dual bobblehead I've been working on. The box will also be included. I still need to print off the photo bases, touch up a couple of paint spots, and add the "Mike Caldwell" text. Let me know if you are interested. I haven't set a price yet, so I may just put it up on eBay when I'm done. I've also included a photo of a few other customs I am about to complete. From left to right: Fingers/Caldwell dual, Hall/Branyan dual (Branyan is a Milwaukee Bears throwback), CC Sabathia, Mike Cameron, Johnny Estrada (signed) http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d52/bigjase/fingers_caldwell_front.jpg http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d52/bigjase/fingers_caldwell_back-1.jpg http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d52/bigjase/custom.jpg
  15. Do you have any idea what the bobbles are worth if they aren't glued? I haven't scene these around lately so I don't know what the market is. The guy said they paid something like $200 to have those framed like that. They were in one of the Suites.
  16. I was there also. Ended up picking up 2 New Era T-Rats hats and the Brewers BP hat from last year for $20 total. I also grabbed a display case with the 5 AGP mini bobbles the T-rats gave away in 04. Haven't decided yet if I'm going to hold onto that or try to sell it. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have the Bush/Suppan bobbles on sale. I figured those would be out there.
  17. Teatoe, PM sent!
  18. Thanks everyone. A lot of Chrysler haters out there! I've always had good luck with them, so that is part of the reason I'm looking at Dakota trucks now. I had a 2000 Neon and then a 2004 Stratus and never had any problems with either vehicle. I have a couple of friends who live in the same area where the truck is located so I might make a weekend out of it. I would just need to try and set up an appointment with someone to look at the truck ahead of time. I'll see what I can find out.
