  1. Yeah, even another elongated scoring drought will not lose them this game.
  2. Great first half against a far inferior team. 16-0 runs will help with that.
  3. The Packers DC position is a high profile job as it's widely believed that it is the final piece of the puzzle to this Love era Packer team becoming a Super Bowl contender. Time will tell if Hafley is the right choice. I'll still be skeptical until I see it with my own two eyes.
  4. Why shouldn't they do all this?
  5. He also worked under Mike Pettine.
  6. Leading a college team to bowl eligibility 3 out of 4 years is a pretty low bar to qualify to become an NFL defensive coordinator. You'll excuse me if I contain my excitement. I've seen too much to expect anything will change defensively.
  7. Sounds li Ben Johnson is staying in Detroit. Can’t say I blame him. I don’t think Seattle and Washington are very good jobs. Washington hasn’t been a good job since the 80s.
  8. This is the guy I want.
  9. The moment I saw Burnett go down I knew we were in trouble.
  10. I agree with the 100%. The same people criticizing Campbell are the same people that criticize ouches for playing not to lose by settling for field goals. What’s the point in playing for the tie when your defense can’t stop a nosebleed? On the first try the play was there. You gotta catch the ball though. Similar to a basketball team down by two on the road and with possession with three seconds left you shoot the three.
  11. In case anyone is wondering.
  12. Much like Atlanta not getting a better shot at a Lombardi Trophy than in 2016. I feel the Lions will not get a better opportunity to even play for one. They absolutely blew it tonight.
  13. I was so traumatized by losing to Seattle that I didn't watch that game. Missed out on one of the greatest plays in Super Bowl history and didn't care.
  14. Kansas City isn't going to let the Niners off the hook like Detroit and we did. It might be a blowout.
  15. At least it was our DBs that were dropping balls.
  16. Yeah but you are assuming they'd make the kicks.
  17. Another drop. This is turning into an implosion in front of our eyes.
  18. Lions are channeling their inner Lions of old.
  19. You never go broke making a profit.
  20. Apparently not. That lead disappeared faster than a fart in the wind.
  21. Yeah, I would've too but I don't completely hate the decision to go for it. After all, even if you don't convert you're betting that Brock Purdy can lead a two touchdown comeback. The day will come when Campbell's aggressiveness will cost him big time. Hopefully against us. And just like that, the Niners have made it a one score game.
  22. The Rams two years ago.
  23. I don't necessarily disagree with anything you say, but as of right now the Lions are the better and more fundamentally sound team. The Packers may very well win the division next season and I would not be surprised but like Ric Flair says, to be the man you gotta beat the man.
  24. If the odds makers do it will be because they are the "sexy" pick, not necessarily because they are the better team.
  25. Exhibit B on Chase Young.
