It's because we are constantly let down by this team with their underachieving on the field and this organization to ever make the right personnel decisions. I know compared to past DCs we've had before that they make Hafley look like Buddy Ryan, but this year's defense still had its warts, and you could argue that last year's defense was better than this year's despite adding Parsons. IMO that's true. I just don't trust this organization anymore to ever fix what has been ailing this team for so many years, namely our defense and special teams. Why is Bisaccia still our special teams coordinator? Like I've said after the reports of MLF eventually getting extended, I have no faith and expectations for this team going forward for the first time since the Infante era. If we're lucky, they'll continue to be a fringe playoff team, and that doesn't even seem like a good thing since we'd be constantly stuck with first round draft picks somewhere in the 20s.
