I went back to work 2 months after my STEMI - I have a primarily desk job (Psychologist) but am pretty sure I came back too early and wore out pretty bad by the end of the week. No a month back to work and I feel almost back to normal.
Pay attention to your body and pace yourself. It'll will come in time but you don't want a set back. Mine was complicated by the fact I was in Mexico on vacation when it hit. So had to wait a couple of weeks to come back and then having medical chart all in Spanish slowed the process down a bit. But alls well that ends well and all that.
Hey just got back from Cardiac Rehab myself - hope your rehab is going smoothly. Now I have a Brewer game and NFL Draft tonight. That's a good day (hopefully)

Was just going to say the same. I don’t think Love trusted (with good reason) Nijman to hold up against Bosa. I saw somewhere that Wallace was out the last drive and Royce Newman was in for him - which really will make you jumpy
If you raised him right he’ll understand.
I had my granddaughter’s birthday party at our house yesterday. Kept the TV on mute for the first half (present opening) but sound on for the 2nd half. Everyone seemed to understand Grandpa was distracted.
