  1. Also there's the fact he was used in a tie game with an inherited runner in the 8th inning tonight. He's clearly not a candidate to be DFA'd at this point.
  2. Oh I said earlier in this thread that I feel like early season Hudson won't be back again this year. Seems he was ridden into the ground and he just can't regain the juice this year. Will be interesting to see what they do with him. I imagine he will go straight back to the MLB pen after this rehab assignment but if he struggles they might option him.
  3. Seems highly unlikely considering he entered in a tie game with a runner on base in the 8th inning tonight.
  4. Who knows. Maybe if the umps didn't blow that blatant interference by Judge against us earlier this year we would have the best run differential in the MLB on August 10th
  5. Max Lazar's first MLB strikeout!
  6. Oh I totally agree with you there Joseph, but I think the Brewers have zero interest in burning Hall's final option. As one of the two pieces in the Burnes return, I doubt they want to have a potential situation next year where Hall is out of options and a DFA candidate
  7. Hoby has passed 5 years service time, so he would need to agree to an option. I guess he could agree to that, but feels unlikely.
  8. I don't know if he or Ross are starting tomorrow probably a piggy back type situation, but it's not going to be Rea. Brewers have had the starter for tomorrow left empty all weekend. If it was Rea he would just be listed as the starter.
  9. I'm sure this is what teams were saying about us keeping Logan Henderson in A ball all season last year haha
  10. At least Susana was promoted. Imagine if he was still in that rotation. Down East is also only 3 games behind the Nationals. It's like we are being conspired against.
  11. Yeah I agree. His command/control is no worse than Uribe who was pretty good last year in the bullpen.
  12. Seems like it. They said he's in Milwaukee.
  13. Why do you think he's a few years away from being capable of pitching in an MLB bullpen?
  14. What do we think is the corresponding move for Hall getting activated tomorrow? Peguero optioned and Milner phantom IL/DFA feel like the most likely to me.
  15. Bullpen guy in a few years? Think your timeline might be a bit off there
  16. Well it depends if Sykora and Clemmey are still in A ball come then. I think we have seriously struggled against those 2 and in a playoff setting they likely would line up those two to pitch if they don't get promoted.
  17. I don't look forward to the Mudcats playing the Nationals in the playoffs. Feel like the Nats have owned the Mudcats this year.
  18. I don't want to bring down the mood, but Hudson's rehab assignment has not been inspiring. I feel like we aren't getting early season Hudson back again this year.
  19. Yeah I think he will be Super 2. He was called up in the 2nd half of April then went down for like 2 weeks.
  20. 6 more years of control because he isn't going to get a full year of service time this season.
  21. And Yoho and Misiorowski potentially up come September as well
  22. Yeah that 3-0 swing was horrible from Adames. Just so out of control. When you're that out of control it's basically just blind luck if you hit the ball.
  23. Yeah it's just incredibly bizarre managing from Murphy. Pull the kid after 5 innings and a low pitch count in his last start because you don't want him seeing an order a 3rd time then tonight you bring him back out for the 8th with a pretty elevated pitch count after he had been giving up hard contact for 3 straight innings? Just don't know how you can manage things dramatically different from start to start.
  24. There have been some real offensive duds in the farm system this week. Bitonti and the Mudcats used up all the system's offense with those 24 runs combined on Tuesday and Wednesday
