  2. Timber Rattlers activated LF Hendry Mendez from the 7-day injured list. Nice to see, the 19-year-old Mendez was injured in an awkward slide at second base just four games into the season back on April 13th.
  3. INF/OF Noah Campbell and Manager Mike Guerrero are the most recent additions to the Biloxi pre-game audio site.

  6. TRANSACTIONS: RHP Jake Cousins optioned to Nashville LHP Bennett Sousa recalled to Milwaukee from Nashville RHP Harold Chirino placed on the Biloxi 7-day injured list RHP Yujanyer Herrera placed on the 7-day Carolina injured list retroactive to May 4 Suspended after the top of the 3rd in St. Paul: Nashville 3, St. Paul (Twins) 2 Pre-Game Media Notes Thus far: Box Score / Game Log Andruw Monasterio his first home run of the campaign, a three-run shot. The roster has stabilized when Keston Hiura, Eddy Alvarez and Cam Devanney begin the night as your bench players. When you're psyched about your first callup to AAA - nice job, Isaac Collins Final: Montgomery (Rays) 5, Biloxi 4 Via the Shuckers' site, we encourage readers to review each of the affiliate write-ups as part of your season-long Link Report routine: Biscuits Walk-Off Shuckers After Late Biloxi Rally - Shuckers stormed back down 4-0, but a bases-loaded walk gave the Biscuits the walk-off win Pre-Game Media Notes Box Score / Game Log Tyler Black and Freddy Zamora were in the original starting lineup, but each was scratched as the left side of the infield became Zavier Warren and Ethan Murray. Murray doubled and singled, scoring a run, while Warren was hitless but drew one walk. Hopefully we see returns Saturday night. In four innings, the southpaw Seminaris allowed three runs on five hits (three of them doubles), walked three, and threw a wild pitch. It's been a rough go with the Crew thus far. Every batter contributed - to the 19 Shucker strikeouts at the plate, ugh. Joe Gray, Jr. can't get home to Biloxi, an hour and a half from his native Hattiesburg, soon enough. On this road trip, he's 0-for-17 with eight K's and no walks in his first taste of AA. This was ultra-clutch despite the final score: You'll find three additional videos via the Biloxi Twitter Media feed, including a unique base hit for Noah Campbell, one of the three University of South Carolina Gamecocks on the squad. Pre-game audio from Thursday with Campbell is here. Jackson Chourio 1-for-5 with two K's as his "just-kind-of-going-along" start to the season continues (.697 OPS). Final: Peoria (Cardinals) 9, Wisconsin 6 Via the Timber Rattlers' site: Chiefs Put Out Wisconsin’s Fire - Rattlers early lead evaporates as defense commits four errors in 9-6 loss Pre-Game Media Notes (Download Link) via the team's Virtual Press Box Box Score / Game Log Every Rattler but Eduardo Garcia had at least one base knock, and even Garcia walked. Seven of the T-Rat hits went for extra bases. Fantastic to see Ben Metzinger (DH'ing here) back in the lineup after over a week away. *Searching for positives...but - Yeah, two of the runs against him were unearned, but you can't be allowing six hits to the ten batters you face, LHP Russell Smith. That does not appear to be the best use of a 2021 2nd round pick (#51 overall) at this time. Defense lets down RHP Tyler Woessner as well, tough to drop yet another game with your best starting pitcher on the mound. As far as tough Brewer High-A seasons go, at 8-16, this isn't quite the 2016 Brevard County Manatees, who finished 40-97. Respected current T-Rat Manager Joe Ayrault was also the skipper for that club. Let's certainly hope things don't follow that example. Final: Carolina 7, Delmarva (Orioles) 1 Via the Mudcats' site: First Place Mudcats Win Second Straight - The Mudcats took over sole possession of first place with the Friday night victory in Delmarva Pre-Game Media Notes Box Score / Game Log This was one of the most impressive combined pitching performances we've seen in the system all spring thus far, Two days before his 22nd birthday, RHP Will Rudy's professional debut was sweet, as your box score perusal showed. Quick and effective work by RHP Miguel Guerrero in the 5th. LHP Nate Peterson, 23 years old but seeing his first pro action in 2023, is unscored upon over his last three outings, spanning 12.2 innings. When you're only 18 years old, you're young enough where we can note half-birthdays, CF Luis Lara isn't even 18-and-one-half years old yet. The first four games of his stateside career have produced a .357/.474/.429 start. Commence daydreaming on him... I will continue to believe that based on our similar last names, I'm related to this 19-year-old Venezuela native - Have a Happy Nurses' Day, everyone (thank you, wifey). It's all evening action Saturday, except in St. Paul, where Nashville commences their suspended game precisely at 12:07 Central Time, followed by the regularly scheduled contest.Organizational Scoreboard including starting pitcher info, game times, MiLB TV links, and box scoresCurrent Milwaukee Brewers Organization Batting Stats and DepthCurrent Milwaukee Brewers Organization Pitching Stats and Depth
  7. The Mudcats sit in first place in their division with a 14-9 record and an impressive 9-3 road mark. The Timber Rattlers sit in last place in their Midwest League division at 8-16 and a humbling 3-10 road record. The Friday nights of the two teams were as divergent as one might think. Elsewhere, the Shuckers were given 9th inning life, but it didn't work out in extras. The Sounds got wet and their game was suspended. 22. But it wasn’t Ben Metzinger as he actually last played on Wednesday. The Rattlers miss his .875 OPS.
