Does Rickie realize he could have gotten the out by running into the runner? Edit: Bill just made the same point.

Maybe Yost is a bit upset about plate discipline and is making an early point to a young man stating he doesn't start no matter what. Prince is not playing simply because Wes must be in the lineup vs lefties. I won't be surprised to see Fielder later though. Wow. I can't believe Lyle could not get to 3rd on his "double".

Daron and Bill don't bother me. Probably only because most of the guys for the other teams are much worse, IMO. Even many of the national guys (ESPN / Fox / etc) are difficult to listen to. Still, I do mute the TV and catch at least a few innings a game with Powell and Ueck.

The general parking lot opens 3 hours before game time. You can get in the preferred lot a lot earlier.

Its pretty clear that Helms needs to be playing this week. Its fun to watch Fielder in the bigs, but in the spirit of trying to win games...

Elvis is alive and well, and he is a D-Rays fan. He must still be experimenting with the drugs.

How come we can't have a bunch of guys going at once??? Ahhhh, the magical question of the last 5 years.

Yost . . . BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNT them over. Play for one run when you're down by 2?
  9. bsglorydays
Chomo! Who needs D. Miller anyway?
  10. bsglorydays
Well, Jenkins looked better in that AB, even if the result was still the same. Tried taking the second pitch the opposite way and fouled it, then flew out fairly deep to left-center. I'd like to see him keep trying to go to left in his next couple of ABs. Prince needs to see some pitches.

    0-for-19 now for Jenks... Ouch.
  12. bsglorydays
    Billy... a little too late.
  13. bsglorydays
    Ouch.
  14. bsglorydays
In the words of Daron Sutton, "Get him some runs!"
  15. bsglorydays
C'mon JJ... put it in play and get that run home.
  16. bsglorydays
Geoff, way to "move the runner" with the excuse-me swing. It takes him to 0-for-18, but at least its a "productive out", even if he didn't mean for it to be.

Big Ben is dealing, but now the offense has to come through for him.
  18. bsglorydays
Way to "Lidle" that one, Carlos.
  19. bsglorydays
Why should Sheets hit Lidle? So Lidle can turn around and drill The Franchise when Sheets comes to the plate?
  20. bsglorydays
If they do throw at Carlos, I hope he doesn't charge the mound. He's the one guy we can't afford to lose. 100% agreed.
  21. bsglorydays
Well, Lee is probably going to get drilled the next time up. But, maybe something like that could light a fire under this team.
  22. bsglorydays
    Thatta boy, El Caballo.
  23. bsglorydays
Hmmm, do you think he knew it was gone?
  24. bsglorydays
Could Clark have had a worse jump on that ball?
  25. bsglorydays
Anyone else think that Miller rain commercial is hilarious? Yeah, that's one of the better ones Miller has done in a while.
